I come through use my code. She says that she can’t use it then I’ll pull around. She forgets my drink though she charges me for it so altogether I end up spending $10 for a sausage biscuit that is not the way I ordered it. I ordered it well done with cheese. The biscuit is completely broken half and fallen apart. The sandwich is not edible. My hash brown is saturated soaked and Graece. My Coke is covered and soda spilled not clean nasty such a horrible experience. I don’t even eat fast food. This just shows me that ain’t nothing changed. People can’t get nothing right they got one job can’t put cheese on. It can’t order nothing right don’t know how to ring anything up. Don’t know how to use the code. Don’t know how to clean around their area. I don’t know how to pass out product with quality get better. I want my $10 back.

My nuggets were raw or not really sure what these are bones or something but its very weird luckily I noticed before swallowing the whole thing I’m trying to get into with them about this now I understand the workers may be tired due to high volume of orders for these meal besides my nuggets everything else was ok but I couldn’t even enjoy my meal

Just had 3 large drinks spill all over my car. Please explain to your new employee that using three drink carriers makes it so the bottom of the drinks cannot seat into the drink holder properly, causing them to fall out. Also you phone number rings to a dead signal, very helpful.

Been dealing with this place for a while. I try to keep things simple, but even that's too much now a days. Today was the last trip for me though. Never thought I would get such disrespect from ordering fast food but here we are. I mean Wendy's is right next door.

One star for atmosphere. Why? The freaking bathrooms are code locked! I refuse to have any dealings with an inhumane store like this. Therefore, 0 rating for service and food. The franchise owner of this store will never get my business or respect. Sad just sad……
