BigArch should be called McMessy! It’s a big burger and if you thought the Big Mac got sloppy wait for this double 1/4 pounder to flounder about. Definitely have a bib or plenty of napkins cause this is a difficult burger to eat. Now I know why the video of the CEO being so awkward and taken that tiny bite. Worth getting for nostalgic reasons but just stick with the cheeseburgers and save yourself a mess.

Worst service and communication of all McDonald’s locations in my life. Sat in the operational 2nd drive thru lane for several minutes trying to get someone’s attention while others got served ahead of us. Finally just pulled through to let them know no one was helping us and they were like “Uhh, okay. What do you want”. So we gave them our order and they had us pull forward, while we waited several minutes longer while people behind us got their orders before us. Finally, they still charged us even after that experience and sent us on our way. Not the first time we’d had a poor experience with this location, and certainly won’t be the last for many others. Except for myself; I’m never going back there. Overall serious lack of communication nor care amongst the staff. Serious need in change of management and staff all together.

Last three times I ordered the steak and eggs, my steak was dry. No moisture and overcooked. I didn’t eat the last piece or this piece I ordered today. Waste of money. It was like beef jerky. I ordered the steak and eggs one other time and I received sausage. Went inside to get it corrected and I received sausage again. The girl working behind the food counter did not speak English and didn’t understand. She was asked 3 times for a piece of steak, each time she got it wrong. I come here just about every single day and I have absolutely no problems with late night crew. Every issue I have ever had was during the day shift. I have pulled up to the window and all of them are standing around, speaking in a foreign language and laughing. Very discouraging, and I wonder if they’re talking and laughing about me? I’ve been quiet, hoping things will get better. Today’s breakfast steak was an indication of “no”.

This McDonald's portions were skimpy. My fry box was not full and the Filet o Fish didn't barely had the tarter sauce or the lettuce that I politely asked for. When I raised the concern the manager had an attitude like I was the one who made the mistake. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. never again

Ordered gravy/biscuits and when i got to work you can tell someone hawked a huge spit in it. I used an debit card with a usa flag on it and got an attitude for using it. Absolutely disgusting.
