Got home to find out all our bread was burnt. Bottom was hard to even bite. This is the second time we’ve been here and this happened!

Had a mobile order for just 2 20 piece nuggets and the first time they only gave me 2 10 piece so i went around again and kindly told them they forgot two more 10s. and they only gave me another 10 piece. I don’t understand how you can mess up twice checking the order correctly.🤦🏽‍♂️ Just drive down a couple more streets and go to the 104th street location, they actually do their job.

On 2/18/2024 at around 7pm, we went through the drive thru and when we received our food we noticed we were missing some things so we went inside and they gave us our missing items. When we got home and took a bite of our burgers, we noticed the meat was raw. It was disgusting! We drove back, went inside, and we requested a manager. I heard someone behind the wall where the drinks are say, "I do NOT want to speak to people todayyy" and minutes later, someone came to the counter finally and asked what we needed. Informed them we wanted a full refund since our burgers were raw. They did give us our refund but no apology what so ever. This place used to have better food and service, not sure what's happening but something needs to be changed.

I have tried 3 McDonalds in OK, and this has been by far, the fastest. Almos no waiting on curb pickup for coffee. I normally order from 3 min away for lunch, and by the time i get there, is 95% of the time ready to be picked up. Place normally is clean. Good job.

I just went through the drive-through and got a double quarter pounder and a couple of other items. When I got home, I realized that the double quarter pounder was drenched in grease. Dripping in grease. And the grease had leaked out of the container gotten all over the other items. This wasn’t just an honest mistake. Either they did it on purpose or they have horribly incompetent people working there. Either way, it seems like the manager doesn’t have very good judgment on choosing who they employ.
