I would never come here if you guys paid me. This little lady just walked up and started yelling at me about something the manager did! I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order. I say can I use the restroom. The manager takes the order and puts it on the shelf and says yes one second because they were busy. I completely understand that. I did not tell her to let me use the bathroom first but it makes sense as I cannot take the order into the bathroom with me. So I’m like OK I’m waiting on her to come over because she was busy like I said. This little lady walks up to me and is like do you have a order? I’m like yes but and I pointed at the manager I’m like she was gonna let me use the restroom first. The girl start screaming at me you have to confirm the order!!!! I can’t confirm the order without taking a picture of the order. You guys are aware of this. I do not have the order with me. It’s back behind the counter as once again THE MANAGER put it there. How are you going to yell at me about something like I keep reiterating YOUR MANAGER did. And then as I’m defending myself the manager walks over and thinks I’m yelling at that girl about the bathroom. I’m not. I’m just defending myself because this little girl just came over and started screaming at me about confirming an order I DON’T HAVE. DoorDash workers are working for you! They are making money for your store! I’m not asking for anything other than a little respect and to be USE THE BATHROOM!!!! terrible terrible terrible customer service I would never ever ever return to the store unless being PAID TO PICK UP AN ORDER. Zero stars you guys are terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible!

I came to OKC for the weekend with my partner and we went to McDonalds before we got on the road. I ordered 3 sandwiches and an Ice Sugar Free Vanilla Latte and it was disgusting. My boyfriend asked for no cheese on both of his sandwiches and when we got on the road to eat, he only had meat and bread. I was highly dissatisfied with my visit today and the employee was rude and not being welcoming. We asked for jelly because we had 3 sandwiches and she gave us 1 and then we asked for a few more and she gave us one more. If we have three sandwiches, why would you only continuously give us 1 jelly? We didn’t realize until we left and we are not from here which is why I am writing a review. I would like for the customer service to be way better and for my order to at-least be correct and it should be checked before handing it out.

Honestly giving this McDonald’s any stars is a lie, this McDonald’s inside is so nasty like yall got all these people working but none of yall can maintain the indoor seating lobby like seriously no one wants to come and sit and eat somewhere when the tables are dirty the floors are dirty and not to mention the customer service skills or shall I say the lack there off, meaning they had none, I feel sorry for who ever eats food from this location

This location was my go to place on Wednesday's, but I'm rethinking my decision based on the the teenage customers who think this is their personsl playground, and the employees won't do anything about it. They stay in the prep area and just ignore what is going on in the dining room. And when they do come out to take a new order where they can see the activity of these disruptions, again they ignore it, and go back to what they were doing in the prep area. I'm not impressed.

DO NOT GO AT NIGHT. you’re better off making the drive to another near by mcdonalds because this one has the rudest lady ever on night shift. the guy was kind but the lady made me spend $3 on a water cup which first of all isnt what i expected but i still paid. then when i do get my food. being the only person in line my fries shouldnt of been over cooked i kept hearing the fryer go off when i was waiting in the drive thru. overall just not a great night experience but its meridian what can you expect. 0/10 stars. absolutely unhappy. complete joke. get rid of that lady in the window asap.
