Everytime I order via Uber Eats my food is wrong. How do you send Big Macs with no burger 😡 No Fries no nuggets no sauce!! This is the worst McDonalds ever ‼️ It has to be a bunch of unsupervised employees. Disgrace ‼️

Went there this morning, had receipt for by one, get one free sandwich. Was told I could only get cheap items. Not true, you pay for one (any sandwich) get another, same or lesser value free with survey receipt. No one speaks English, so they had a hard time understanding. Order my breakfast sandwiches, which were thrown together & cold. Asked to have them heated, and was given 2 very greasy, thrown together bagel sandwiches. I won't be back there, the 24th & Oregon location is so much better. They take pride in serving customers good food. The Grey's Ferry location is horrible. 💔

They have forgotten items ordered from Uber eats. Missing half the order multiple times. They need to do better. Luckily thanks to Uber eats, they refunded my money in what was missing. But this is ridiculous. How hard is it to read the order and get the correct orders in the bags??

Sadly through DoorDash we can’t choose which branch takes the order. These guys have NEVER got it right. Missing a burger, missing a drink. Tonight they didn’t put the lid on a coke; the fries are soaked and the bag split. The whole meal is wet It’s not rocket science to put a damn lid on a cup

I walked into McDonald’s and was instantly greeted by Diana, who clearly runs the place on good vibes and great service. I was taking my sweet time at the kiosk, debating life’s hardest question, McMuffin or pancakes, and she kindly checked in to see if I needed help. She asked how my food was made sure everything was good, and just when I thought the service couldn’t get better, she even offered to take my tray as I headed to the trash. I barely had time to say goodbye to my hash brown. The whole experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant. Diana went above and beyond, and it honestly made my day. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll definitely be back to this location, hopefully with a quicker decision at the kiosk next time.
