Service was pretty fast. It wasn’t too busy, but I’m very confused on how I waited for my food and still managed to get only half a sandwich. Where is the bottom half????? I always leave good reviews when needed, but this is also a big issue because this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from here and they’ve made a mistake in a problem when it’s not too busy! Please double check!

It is just as any other McDonald’s however we were waiting at the second speaker, and we were told one second we said okay that’s fine She then started taking the other persons order on the other speaker. That’s fine too They finish up, and they took the next cars order on the other speaker and then they finish, so we were waiting and no one spoke to us again so we decided to do a loop and come back around and finally got our order in. However we were waiting for a solid 5-10 minutes before we decided to do the loop.

Went thru drive thru at 5:30am inside wasn’t open until 6am I had a friend with me too whom was ordering separately from me n I was told we couldn’t do that but I have done so at other locations which I let them know and they did end up doing it, but then I get to pick up window and their first order was ready no problems second order which was mine of a small caramel frappe and a single hash brown was somehow messed up mind you no one was in line behind me either I was the only customer they handed me my frappe and it is runny not even frozen and I have to ask for my hash brown as well when I informed them about my frappe being so runny he says yes I know it’s not frozen fully so why wouldn’t you tell me that and then when I asked for my money back, it took them like 10 minutes to give me my cash back and when they gave me my cash back, they also shorted me on money as well and looked at me like I was crazy when I informed them that I was shorted due to the fact of how long everything took I just said I’m not worried about it. Keep it and drove off. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any McDonald’s not to mention. This was the third bad experience at this location in a week they really need to get some new employment and definitely better management.

The staff are horrible, the kiosk machine dont ever have any receipt paper when every customer is entitled to a receipt from making a purchase. The soda machine taste like mildew. The staff take way to long to complete the orders.

The drive thru worker was amazing, she was very nice and respectful. She makes going back a pleasure. Now getting the food was a different story. They make me want to come out of retirement to run a McDonald's again to show them how real customer service works
