AMY!!! If it wasn't for Amy having not only amazing customer service skills but she went above and beyond. She was honest kind and courteous. She explained to me why my order would take a while but I was willing to wait because I was doing Uber eats for customers. Amy switched and cleaned the grill from dinner to breakfast as fast as she could just to get my order done. AMY should be running this whole store. She deserves praise and a raise

I never have a problem with the food here or the service both are good. The only issue is 7 out of the last 10 times here there milkshake machine is broken. And this is over a 6 month span, totally ridiculous. I have to get my food then drive 3 blocks to Burger King to get a milkshake.

I don't go to McDonald's often, but when I do, I always get the same thing. What once cost me $12 now costs me $18. Price increase, the economy, whatever, I get it, but for my food to look the way it did (I wished I took a pic) and the generic service I got, it doesn't reflect the price increase. If the prices goes up, your product and your service has to level up also.

This location is always very friendly, prompt and quick. The food is always correct and service with a smile. Very impressive team - i won't go to another location!

We did drive-through and the staff did not say anything whatsoever at the speaker. We drove to the first window, one of the staff ignored us. We headed to the second window and the other 2 staffs ignored us too. They all acted weird and we ended up leaving without food because none of them give a damn about the customers.
