Do NOT come to this McDonald’s. There are at least 12 staff members here, but most of them barely do any work—it feels like the workload of only 4 people is actually being handled. The service attitude is terrible. Customers are paying, but the staff act like you owe them money. On top of that, the sundae portion was ridiculously small—clearly done on purpose. Definitely do NOT recommend this location.

This place is completely disorganized. Waiting over 10 minutes for a simple coffee. When I pointed out, I was waiting. They took my money and I was still waiting. Then I decided to take a picture of the disorganization and the manager confronted me very aggressively shoved this phone in my face and was accusing me of taking a picture of him personally. He then went back to discuss it with his workers instead of getting customers food, and then refunded me my money and said he refused to serve me. Wow.

We stopped going to this location bcoz of how bad the service was but today my daughter was so hungry and this is the closest one on our route, we we’re pleasantly surprised of how nice the person on the drive thru and how we didnt felt rush at all. We got to the pick up window and was greeted by the store Manager Andrei and he asked if we wanted condiments to go with our order. Very polite, friendly and helpful. It was the best drive thru experience. Excellent Manager and crew. We hope it stays this way.

Absolutely horrible experience. There were dirty shoe prints from customers who come in from the snow, bringing in their tracks and mud which is inevitable. The cleaning employee was mopping the floor and as we walked in the mopping employee yelled at us questioning why we are walking in a certain pathway that he already cleaned. In a very undermining tone, continuing to yell, he demanded we go back and go another way. There were not even signs of "wet floor, slippery" to warn customers of potential "dangers". I am not asking to be welcomed in as its a fast food establishment but i felt unwelcomed and lost our appetites as he was rude and abrasive, making no sense in his logic. We are asian and he first directed his anger towards my dad and he probably thought we weren't fluent. I then asked if he put up a sign saying no entry? Or will you shut down the building once you clean the whole building? When confronted with my question, he had nothing to say possibly realizing he made no sense. His demands were in no way cohesive to his reasonings. I understand he is not part of customer service, but after the altercation someone seeming like the manager came out and did not even acknowledge us and only encouraged the employee saying hes doing a great job. We did not order nor will go to this establishment again. Not asking to fire anyone but some decency of human interaction and understanding would be appreciated.

McDonald's food is nasty in general. Best thing is the refreshers. And the service at this location particularly is not good no one to take a order at the register and the employees are not willing to help they could care less only one guy stepped up to help
