This place is HORRIBLE. Might be the worst mc Donald’s in Philadelphia. First, they take forever in the drive thru and lines. They NEVER listen to your order. I come here and every single time they mess up my order. I asked for no salt on my fries, the girl says okay and I still get fried with salt. (Obviously I said no salt so I can have fresh fries) I told the manager and she told me to pull over and it will take 3 minutes.. I sat in the lot for 20 minutes tops. I also asked the girl in drive thru to change my drink from a hi c to a coke… I still got a hi c. All they do is say “ok” but they never listen to what you are saying. All they care about is playing around and talking on the phone. I used to work at mc Donald’s years ago. It was my first job and I took pride in my job. These KIDS because I can’t say young adults. Do not care about nothing but receiving a check. They do not want to work and it shows. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for the fries, I didn’t even receive all the fries for a large. This place just need to hire all new people or just shut down. It’s pointless. Btw… my fries STILL had salt on them lol.. pitiful.

They deleted my order from the screen so I waited longer than necessary then had to get the attention of someone & ask for my simple order. Completely unnecessary but here we are. Also, someone was sleeping in a booth. Just lying there, asleep. My last time in this McDonald’s.

I don’t know what happened but there’s a significant difference speed that this McDonald’s operates at now. Super fast super efficient from 2025. The entire year of 2026 i been getting my food in damn near the blink of an eye. The food was always good, but before i used to get annoyed for being in there so long but now they fixed all that

May 23rd, around 2:45 we had the following issue. I would hope this was an isolated issue. 20 minute wait for McDouble fries and nuggets, Ridiculous. The employees were more worried about their phones than customers. Ordered from our app and went in to pickup the order. Once inside most of the employees were standing around waiting and looking at their phones. The one with the white shirt and blue stripes was on her phone almost the whole time we were waiting and had her jacket just hanging off her shoulders like she was irritated to be at work. Noticed that the one who was walking back and forth between the front register and the fries was eating fries while she was bagging fry orders. Most likely not supposed to do that. Around 3:00, when (I assume) the shift manager was leaving she actually acknowledged me to see what was wrong. I told her and she told them to get me my stuff or something to replace it and get.me out of there. At that point, they said they were waiting for nuggets and it would be about 2 minutes. 3:10 finally got my order and not one word about the situation from blue stripe. Just handed me the bag like I was an inconvenience to all of them. I do not plan on going to this place again. No one else should go here either, in my opinion...
