I’m very disappointed with the customer service at the McDonald’s on 57th and Vine Street. My husband and I went through the drive-thru, and the staff had nasty attitudes from the start. We were told they didn’t have a certain soda, so my husband asked for an Orange Hi-C instead. When we got to the last window to pick up our food, my husband accidentally dropped the straw wrapper out of the window. The employee came to the window saying “Really?” and seemed ready to argue with him over an accident, while the parking lot itself was already full of trash. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband had food from this same location the day before and had a great experience. This visit was completely different. Customers should not feel disrespected while spending their hard-earned money, even at a fast-food restaurant. McDonald’s really needs to hire people with better customer service skills. Everyone there seemed angry and unpleasant. I hope the owner or management of this location sees this review and addresses the issue, because this experience left us both very upset and “McPissed.”

Honestly majority of the staff is amazing except for a few. But I can see why they lack good customer service due to the different type of people who patronize as well as sit in there all day. I must say the late night crew is a vibe. Thank you Mustafa for being such an amazing night crew worker. Attentive and respectful goes a long way especially when wanting McDonald’s 2 in the am. I got the 5 dollar Mcvalue meal.

Orders throughout the day are good always meets expectations. But got a 3am order of 2 quarter pounders and fries and 13 cookies WAS FRESH LIKE A RESTAURANT. Came thru

They always get my order wrong, their attitudes are horrendous absolutely the worse food fast experience in my entire life. I see tgey treat their employees with no respect as well just disgusting and intolerable behavior. This company needs to be shut down completely.
