Extremely disappointed with my McDonald’s order today. I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheese bagel meal with a hash brown and orange juice, but instead I received a Bacon, Egg & Cheese with NO egg at all. The bacon was undercooked, the cheese was thrown everywhere, and the bagel was completely burnt to the point it’s almost black. This order was made poorly and wasn’t even close to what I paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but the quality and lack of attention to the order was unacceptable.

I asked for well done bacon on my boyfriend's burger and was given no bacon at all. Other than that everything was fine. Not overly nice or attentive, yet not under servicing either. Just bleh service. Also fries had no salt.

This place is not fast food. Go any day of the week and the drive through wait is minimum 20 minutes. I could go to a diner spend less money get more food better food and be out of there before I would get out of the drive through of this McDonald's its actually nuts.

When I arrived, I wanted to place an order, but there was no one at the registers, and one male employee just stood there and didn't even acknowledge me. None of the kiosks were active, and I eventually had to place a mobile order on my phone via the app. I received my order but was missing one of my breakfast sandwiches. I had to return and the female employee said it was in my bag. I gave her my bag for her to verify and surprise, they missed something. Food was okay. Service was not the best but they corrected their mistake. Hardly anywhere to sit at this location because a lot of people were simply loitering and not consuming any food.

Sat In drive thru for Almost an hour before receiving my food. The team inside didn’t bother communicating with me, was very rude and sarcastic when talking to me even though I did keep my patience. Store manager on duty claimed to not understand me when trying to express my concerns before brushing me off and slamming the window while the rest of the team stood idle and looked at me. Ive never experienced this type of customer service before from anywhere else. Never spending money here again.
