Im from out of town, but this had to be one of the worse managed stores I have ever come across in my short time on this plane of existence. You drive up to the drive thru and you could be there anywhere from 15 mins + simply waiting to order. I waiting over an hour this morning at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and no one "working" decided to even acknowledge me. Since im from out of town I decided to wait and observe since I was so in awe of there incompetence. Girl with orange girl has a hude attitude problem as well. She Started separating salt and sugar at the drive thru with me waiting there, didnt even look me in the eyes. This place should be removed from Philly because it is really dragging down the whole area. Ps. Multiple doordash orders came thru not being able to pick up their order

They served me raw chicken. When I brought it back they didn’t apologize and I had to ask for a refund. The manager didn’t even leave their office. I will be contacting whoever I need for a resolution. Hopefully I don’t get sick.

I know this review will do nothing, I’m going to do it anyway This McDonalds is always and reliable be the most terrible one of them all. The people that work there are mean, anti social, and dramatic always. One was gloating while I was sitting there one time about “why would someone wait 46 minutes for just a single cheeseburger??” Over and over again… like why was he waiting 46 minutes?? They have this one employee that might be special needs but all the other workers would straight up bully him right infront of customers. I heard one of them talk about how there’s no way he can win in a fight and was wanting to fight him out back. He seemed visibly uncomfortable about how he was being talked to. Not to mention how no one is managing up front and seemingly avoiding dealing with customer. The food is always wrong and if it has everything correctly they smother the sauce over everything. Every time I order a bigmac here it’s spewing all over the place and all I can taste is the sauce. It’s no longer a burger. A handful of times I’d get something wrong when I don’t even order anything highly customizable just stuff straight to the menu. Like several times I got a mc crisped and it wouldn’t have any pickles or be missing the sauce. That’s on your menu how can it be wrong? It is not enjoyable to go to this location but I keep going because of the commute it’s right there but now I had enough of always waiting too long to get someone to me, getting treated like they don’t want to deal with me, and getting a soup burger or the food that I ordered. Another McDonald's experience that wasn't good. I ordered my food on the app. 3 meals and I used the promo for a free big Mac. Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes but that was ok. The car in front of me pulls up to the window and they are handed a drink then they are handed a nice size bag of food. About 15 seconds pass then the car blows their horn and the drive thru employee comes to the window and the car hands the bag back. So you could clearly see they were given the wrong food then the employee handed them a much smaller bag and they pull off. I pull up to the window and ask the employee was that my food? First she says huh? Then I repeated myself and asked if that was my food and she said "oh yea". I asked if they went thru the bag? And they said no they just said the food wasn't theirs. Well wouldn't they have had to look in the bag to know the food wasn't theirs? I asked if everything was in the bag and she said yes and I could see she appeared to be irritated. I took the food and went home. I empty the bag and to my surprise, there was no big Mac. Smh. I was not riding back to the store for the big Mac but yet another bad McDonald's experience.

Clean. Had TMNT. They were confused about wanting to buy a toy only. Toy coat more than meal itself .... Also mcdonalds self sumervice is a bad idea. Hard to talk to a real person. I'm sure corporate wants this, bad bad user experience.
