Didn't put the correct things in my bag, also no silverware for 2 orders of hotcakes. Top 10 biggest cities in the usa and y'all don't put silverware in the bag like come on bro 🤣 over here eating these pancakes w my hands. Called the store and nobody answered.

Homeless people use this location as their hotspot so atmosphere is not pleasant, on this occasion on 12/30/25 at 8:11 they served me two pancake platters without syrup. Laughable incompetence on the staffs part. Is it so hard to put syrup in the bag?? You put butter but no syrup ??? Abysmal service

One of the best McDonald's locations in Philadelphia, with a new, pleasant, and cozy interior. It’s very clean. The restrooms are opened by staff upon request, likely with a purchase or depending on the situation, which helps keep homeless people from using them, so they stay very clean and tidy. This is quite rare for some locations of this chain. The staff is polite and calm. I liked it.

The sign on the door says the inside restaurant is open 24 hours. That's a lie though. They kicked me out at 4am while i was in the middle of eating a burger. "We're closed". I'm not even mad, just update the sign man. You wanna be an "open 20 hours" establishment and be closed from 2am-6am cool just say so.
