These people, being young, don't give a damn about the damn service they provide. They didn't want to take my order, playing with the food, but they want money. Who pays the wages of these miserable people? Customers without customers, they are miserable, asking under a bridge to help them, but they don't stop to think that a customer is the one who ends up cooperating or paying something out of their salary. Very bad service that they didn't want to take my disappointing order.

Orderd my food at 7:48 orderd a World Cup breakfast meal , they gave me the sandwich and the hash brown shortly after then I’m waiting for my specialty strawberry drink. As I’m writing this it is 8:11 and no sign of the drink. The only communication is a failed one of saying the drink is being made separately. Not only are they incompetent to not make the drink before hand so it goes WITH the meal. They forget entirely to provide a critical part of the service. Manager should be removed or retrained from her role as this is unacceptable.

I just had one of the worst experiences. I simply asked for information about my order, and one of the staff members responded rudely, telling me to stop asking questions. Their attitude was very uncomfortable, they seemed to be in a bad mood, and it even made me feel unsafe, as if they might react aggressively. I hope this is taken seriously and that customer service improves.

I order my food and waited 15 minutes for just a double cheeseburger and it was cold and the person that gave it to me had a nasty attitude. Money and time was wasted. Thats the last time I go to this location. I always get nasty attitudes and throw together food 😒

04/15 4:49am I arrived to pick up my order through the drive thru and employee states they’re CLOSED until 5:30 . HOW IF I PLACE MY ORDER 20 minutes before arriving and order are still able to be submitted through the app honestly between this restaurant and the one on 5601 vine y’all both need managerial reconstruction!! The rude workers and the excessive incompetence/inconvenience is so far below their other competitors reputation.
