Did an order didn’t give us a confirmation code took the money out of my bank. I was forced to re-order. It took it out of my account twice and they refuse to give me my money back, saying I have to go to the bank when it was an error on their part! Then when I did re-order they still screwed up the order and wants to get an attitude when I come back to get what I needed. manager is very Hateful talking to customers ugly along with her employees! No customer service in this McDonald’s whatsoever…

The people that work here either morning or night are so unprofessional and rude. I asked for a cup of water and I was mid sentence and she closed the window on me and kept wiping whatever she was wiping. Then I asked again and she rudely gave me the cup of water and sent someone else to give me the food and that person was so damn rude too. McDonald’s you guys can do better on hiring people who ACTUALLY wanna work and are respectful to people, coming from a person who works in restaurants. That’s why I rather drive extra mins to another McDonalds where I get the best customer service.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing This McDonald’s has terrible customer service and is always extremely hot inside — the AC has been off for weeks from a previous visit last month. I even told the manager tonight and she just said, “I don’t know.” We had to take our food home, and to make things worse, my order was wrong. I ordered a burger and got chicken instead, which was nasty to eat. Definitely not worth dining in or even doing carry-out. Never coming back!.

My sister and I ordered online and pulled up to this location, they said their machines or computers were down, that they weren’t taking any orders. One even asked, “Why would you order if our computers are down?” My sister, “We ordered online not in person” then they proceeded to say we needed to cancel it. Why were we able to order online then if the machines were down? We went to the next closest location on Forest Bend, hoping that they would honor our order since this location didn’t want to help. The manager said that he couldn’t because it was ordered at another one but he offered to call the location to see what was going on since he knew the manager there. The staff there said that they haven’t turned anybody away when they clearly did 10 minutes before, there was another car in front of us too. We did NOT lie. They said that we could go back and they would serve us. At that point, we let Forest Bend’s location take care of us. The manager there was so nice and confused why this location would say such things but it was true and I hope they don’t lie or do that again.

please do not go here, absolutely terrible service, the people working here do not care about your food or what you ordered, spent over 50$ in food on a road trip for my family and i kid you not every single burger/ meal we ordered came with something on it that we asked specifically no too and forgot 2 side of fries. Worst Mcdonald’s i’ve been to in years , please stop eating here and letting them steal your money.
