Ordered A Basket Of Fries, And 6 Strawberry Cream Pie! The Fries Had So Much Salt On Them I Couldn’t Eat Them! And They Looked Old None Of My Pies Were Done.. I Literally Put Them In The Oven Myself! 1425 Debbie Ln Arlington, TX 76002

This is the worst McDonalds in Mansfield. There is no menu board and they basically force you to order with a tablet. There is no drink machine so you have to walk up to the unoccupied counter and try to get someone’s attention to get a refill. For the first time in my experience, the beef was undercooked. McDonalds stands for a consistent guest experience and food, this one falls short on both. The McDonalds on Walnut Creek or the one at Broad and 360 is much, much better.

Please believe all the bad reviews and drive the extra mile to the Holland location! This location has been open for about a year now, maybe less. But they still can't seem to get it right. A drive thru order shouldnt take 15 minutes of parking and waiting, and you should definitely expect all your food, and for it to be good... This is literally never the case.. When we stop occasionally for my family, because it's so close to our house we always hope it will be better, it's not.... It always takes forever, no matter how you order, and they are always guaranteed to be missing one of your items and the food is never cooked all the way, or is over cooked. Whoever marked off the items on my receipt didn't even do their job right because I was still missing food 😑 Idk how this location is even still open. Whoever is running it needs to find a new hobby.

Please believe these reviews. I literally said I'll go and maybe it'll be different. lol. NOT. Nobody answered in the drive thru so I drove to the window. I say I drove to the window because I wasn't sure you were open. Hayden said in a sarcastic voice I'm running the drive thru by myself. OK AND? Then I asked if they put the fruit inside or on the side? He asked his manager and clearly couldn't reiterate what I asked. Then she responded with a sarcastic attitude. I drove away and went down the street to Chick-fil-A. I'll wait 30 minutes until they open. I'll never go back. These are the same ppl who want more money an hour but their customer skills are poor. Good riddance.

I asked to wait for fresh fries before I even paid. They said that’s perfectly fine. They gave me old fries. I Requested to switch them out(Limp fries are clearly old). The cashier said yes. Then I watched the manager, put old fries at the bottom of the large fry container and then fresh fries on top. It’s October 1, 2025 at 1:15 PM. Whatever manager that was working at that time knows she is wrong. I didn’t want to cause a scene over fries, so I’m simply going to leave a review.(May Karma get her the next time she spends her hard earned money for food)
