They made me pay full price for a large mocha frappe and REFUSED to fill my cup with mocha all the way. WILL NEVER BUY A MOCHA HERE AGAIN. The Manager was RUDE. She refused to fill up my mocha with the full amount and she LIED saying it was not possible. IVE WORKED AT MCDONALDS YOU CAN PUT SMALL MOCHA AND THEN BLEND TO PUT MORE LIAR.

It doesn't matter what time I go to place, my service sucks. I will spend 20 minutes in the drive thru, 15 minutes in curbside or 2 minutes in takeout. You can hardly ever do take out due to a busy drive thru and full parking lot. I always order online to get my good instantly. And it does not help. To did curbside today and after 25 minutes I received cold food and a melted frappe. My fries were cold and over cooked and my frappe was a Medium instead of Large. I will no longer go to this location.

To the stupid girl who refused to fix my daughters fries and gave us this crap outta be ashamed of herself. 6/13/2026 @10:25pm. Since I cant post a pic I will bring it in and show management. The fries were stale and old. Y'all need to do better. Then if you dont say you want a small they try to give you a medium by upcharging. Um no you dont get to pick what drink I get. That is fraudulent and unethical behavior. Stop intentionally stealing from customers anf ask us what size we want instead of saying what you are going to give us. That is wrong. DO BETTER!!!!!

If there was a choice of zero, service, zero atmosphere but 10 for bad attitude, it would be perfect! I approached the counter, everyone walked away. No one comes back unless they're placing a to go order on the counter, then walk away again! I wanted to leave at that point and go elsewhere but my grandkids were hungry for McDonald's! Therefore I place an order online, but as the order # is called out, a worker placed the order up, but saw my grandson heading to get it, she then picked it back up and placed the order behind the counter where he couldn't get it! Also the manager was unprofessional & yelling at an elderly lady over a cup of water! Ridiculous and mean, & unnecessary. This happened on Saturday May 30th!

Didn't even bother filling the fries up. I bought a large and they gave me this. Everytime I come here I ask for Buffalo and they always forget it. Horrible service and location.
