We come about twice a week to get a happy meal for my kid, and decided to come today for our regular free nuggets meal for Veterans Day but we were told that because of the owner’s directions they were only offering a Big Mc. They lost a customer in here.

this location wilfully does the complete opposite of what you order. I ordered EXTRA meat and NO cheese NO sauce NO lettuce and told them TWICE do NOT toast the bread and they gave me the complete opposite. The bread was soaked and soggy with industrial cooking oil garbage. It's CLEAR wilful careLESSness.

I just had the worst experience going to a McDonald’s location. I’m pregnant and I was craving for a hot chocolate from McDonald’s, it’s not the first time I go to this location and never had a bad experience before. I decided to go order inside and the person that came to me said “FYI the lobby closes in 7 minutes” (it was 9:53 pm) I said “it’s fine I’m just ordering a hot chocolate” To what he responded “the machines are not working we closed them because it’s new years, sorry” I went back to my car and saw a lot of people coming in and kept ordering and I had a feeling that he just lied to me. When to the drive through, ordered my hot chocolate, everything quick and guess what?!? I got my hot chocolate as always!! Apparently this person is a new manager because I have barely seen him a couple of times and he’s always smoking outside next to the door, it’s really uncomfortable to go in because of the smell, I always come at the same time (9:50-10 pm) and everybody else is nice! So the manager on 01/01/2026 at 9:53 pm is SO RUDE AND LAZY!!

I stopped by on February 18th approx 430 hours after a long day at work. I always go inside and was waiting at the counter with two other customers for approximately 8-10 minutes. An older man looked up from the kitchen and headed towards the counter. He ask if I wanted to order and I replied yes, I'll have a Filet of fish and he interrupted me there before I could finish my order and said you need to use the KIOSK if you want to place an order😲. I told him he had my request and that I was not ordering off a computer kiosk and he then said he couldn't help me. SO, I LEFT. I've been going to this McDonald's for approximately 40 years and seriously disappointed in the recent quality/ temperature of the food and lack of customer service. I'm 70 years old and If I wanted to order food on a computer kiosk , I would have brought a 12 year old with me to figure out that darn thing. Plus I'm not in the habit of touching a computer screen that hundreds before me touched when I don't know what their fingers have been touching all day. Sad but I doubt that I'll ever stop there again 😪. They spent a lot of money on a remodel and it looks nice but I think the money would have been better spent training their staff on how to take care of their customers especially ones that have been there for decades. I posted a review before and was directed to corporate of which was a joke. Seriously the information provided was insufficient and I was not able to get through. If the local manager/owner cannot reply to concerns and complaints and passes the buck.... it goes to show THEY DONT CARE... Found out that WENDY'S across the highway has a fish sandwich of which I really enjoyed.

5/6 10pm I've been to this mcdonald's several times over the past couple years and this past management has to be the worst by far, the employees aren't trained, they rush customers to order then blame them when they get it wrong. The management was unprofessional and made a simple mistake that THEY made into a way bigger problem than it should have been. Instead of de-esculating the situation and just apologizing for the miscommunication he (the management) decided to get on his high horse and try and make it seem like he couldnt take the food out of the bag and check the order simply because he quote " already put the food in the bag". Which of course when he checked it was as I thought the wrong order. I wouldnt recommend coming at night time especially if those two are there teaming up in how quick they can test your patience
