How in the hell is this place still open? Its like they dont care if you do delivery. Missing items. Wrong items. Entirely missing the order. So many different times! Wasting money on this stupid place. Its frustrating when you are unable to go to the store and rely on delivery and end up with bad service. Everyone working here either needs more training or just shut the place down. This is ridiculous

I visit this McDonald’s frequently, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I ordered the Big Breakfast, and when I checked my bag, I noticed there was honey included instead of syrup. When I asked for syrup, I was told they were out. No one mentioned this when I placed my order, and had I known, I would have ordered something else. I cannot eat pancakes without syrup, and I do not eat honey. The manager seemed completely disinterested in my concern. When I asked if I could change my order, I was told no, which was extremely frustrating given the situation. I ended up driving to another restaurant just to get syrup, and when I arrived, I realized there was no butter or utensils included either. At that point, the entire meal was essentially wasted, along with my money. A little communication and basic customer service would have gone a long way. If key items like condiments are unavailable, customers should be informed upfront and given the option to adjust their order.

I’m giving 2 stars because the fries were really good and fresh. However, I ordered a Fish Fil A sandwich with extra cheese, and while I did get the sandwich, it was missing the extra cheese and tartar sauce. I feel ripped off, especially since I didn’t notice until I got all the way home and was already in bed. At that point, I wasn’t about to drive back to have it remade. I went through the drive-thru after work hoping for a quick, satisfying meal. I was genuinely excited until I took a bite and realized it was missing key parts of my order. It’s disappointing to pay full price and not receive what I asked for.

Kid at the drive through with the rings is really disrespectful. I was just there to pick up my order. If you hate your job so much look for a better one instead of releasing that frustration towards customers.

on sunday june 21 at 1030 am i went to pick up food for uber eats and manager said its not here and i said did u have person who picked up complete the pick up on the appp and she stated i dont have time for all that its not my problem....i said i call corporate and she laughed sayi g she do t care....i will be contacting corporate of macdonalds and uber letting them know know they dont follow the uber eats are door dash pickup guide lines...
