THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT ANY MCDONALD'S!!! We arrived and EVERY EMPLOYEE walked away instead of greeting us for visiting their store. We ordered on the kiosk as we always do. The receipt never printed. We asked for it and we got a bluey copy of it. 🤦🏼‍♂️. We looked for a clean table to have our meal, THEY WERE ALL DIRTY WITH TRASH,CRUMBS, AND SODA SPILLS. I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come to the front and asked if I needed something. I asked if we could get someone to clean any of the tables so we could sit and eat our food. Instead, they have me a rag and said we could clean it ourselves.😱 We ended up taking our order home and eat it cold when we got home in Red Oak, TX. This place needs better management and way better customer service. This was the worst experience ever.

Literally avoid this location. 90% of the time that I go to this location SOMETHING IS ALWAYS MISSING! Additionally, it’s common for them to get orders mixed up. I work in fast food, it is not that difficult, this is a disappointment. Tonight I paid $15 of food and ordered a 10pc. Chicken McNuggets AND THEY FORGOT THE SAUCE, like hello? Do you want me to eat dry nuggets and scratch my throat up? Also last time I went my order got mixed up, the time before that my burger was missing. So long story short- AVOID THIS LOCATION!

On 5/21 at approximately 9:00 a.m., I witnessed an interaction at the McDonald’s located at 2575 East Arkansas Lane in Arlington, TX that raised serious concerns about customer service and operational management. A DoorDash driver calmly attempted to explain to the shift manager that completed delivery orders were not being placed in the designated pickup area, causing unnecessary delays. The driver explained that when orders sit behind the counter without acknowledgment, delivery drivers are forced to wait longer, which negatively impacts delivery times, customer satisfaction, and can even result in penalties against the drivers through the delivery platform. Instead of listening to the concern professionally or attempting to resolve the issue, the shift manager became dismissive, stated she “didn’t have time for this,” and walked away from the conversation entirely. For someone in a leadership position, this response was disappointing and unprofessional. I understand there may be concerns about theft or drivers taking incorrect orders, but there should still be a system in place that acknowledges delivery drivers promptly and ensures completed orders are handled efficiently. Delivery drivers are part of the customer service process just like the front counter staff, and online customers deserve the same level of service as customers ordering inside the restaurant. What I witnessed today was not just a communication issue, it was a failure in teamwork, operational flow, and management accountability. McDonald’s corporate leadership should look into improving procedures for handling delivery orders and ensure management staff are trained to address concerns professionally instead of dismissing them. Customers ordering through delivery apps are still McDonald’s customers, and the drivers helping deliver those orders should not be treated as an inconvenience.

For the love of God either keep the in store pick up open past 10 pm or fix how the drive thru lane operates. It is so packed after 10 pm you end up waiting for 20 minutes for food that is not only cold, but wrong. It feels like a waste of money to even come to this location.

Just got back my DoorDash order from here and highly upset burgers was half done had missing items on them … my son through up eating this and we didn’t know why until we looked at our food worst nightmare ever !!!!!!!!!!!!
