the drive thru is usually unpredictable so i decided to do my first counter pickup—never again. as i was approaching the front door, a gentleman, a fellow customer, was already inside the restaurant waiting for his order. as soon as i got to the door (10:54p to be exact) the manager looked me in my eyes then locked the door on me. i stood there for a few minutes. then another staff member literally looked at me and walked right past me to the restroom. the gentleman who picked up his order then opened the door for me. i picked up my food and the staff in the kitchen were nice…but as i was leaving the restaurant parking lot i noticed my order was wrong. i turned my car around and drove up to their drive thru and informed the worker at the intercom that my order was incorrect. he then had me describe what was wrong with my order and told me to go to the second window. the female manager who assisted me was nice, but im done with mcdonald’s and especially this location, as this is not the first time ive had a horrible customer experience with them. i’m following my gut next time and going to cfa !

i ordered the happy meal and added 6 chicken nuggets. but when i opened it instead of 12 pieces i got 10 pieces. it was a scam and i feel like this is not possible. if you give 1 of 2 pieces missing i would think it was a mistake, but if you give 2 pieces missing it is intentional! the food i got was cold like it was pre-made a long time ago when there was only 1 car in front of me ordering at the drive thru.

Too many time have gone without a review. A review is in acceptable. I constantly order outside if reasonable offer hours. If I can't use the accommodations , I can't perform

4 weeks ago: Good deals on app. Love my rewards. Fast, friendly service. Edit: tonight, 4/19, Sarah did a great job on handing my food out and getting me the sauces I needed for my nuggets. Hubby was not happy his coffee didn't have the cream and sugar I added in the app for him. Not sure who was supposed to add it but they didn't.

My experience at McDonald’s was extremely disappointing. I initially ordered an ice cream cone and a cookie. When I received them, the ice cream cone was already half melted and the cookie was cold instead of warm. After that, I tried to use my Big Mac code in the app, but the worker told me I had to wait 15 minutes for it to become available again. I waited in the parking lot, but when I tried again, the code still wasn’t working and they told me I had to wait another 15 minutes. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was very unprofessional and gave me a rude attitude, telling me I had to wait yet another 15 minutes. I waited again, and when I finally received my order, they only gave me the burger and forgot my fries and drink. I didn’t realize until I got home, so I had to drive all the way back. When I returned, I waited at the window for several minutes before they finally gave me the rest of my meal. By then, everything was cold. The entire process took about 1 hour and 10 minutes, which is unacceptable for fast food. While the regular employees were nice enough, the manager’s attitude and the overall service made this a terrible experience. Waiting that long just to receive cold food and incomplete orders was very frustrating, and I hope the location improves its management and quality control.
