For the first time, I decided to download the McDonald's app. Personally, I don't like having apps on my phone for restaurants I only visit once or twice a month. I decided to download and use it because I thought it would be a faster way to get my order; however, to use the app, I have to grant it access to my location—otherwise, it doesn't work—and I am very particular about the privacy of my personal electronic devices. I wish the app offered multiple methods for confirming one's arrival at the restaurant. Anyway, that wasn't the real problem. What actually made me angry was that I spent an hour in the parking lot trying to use the app, which had frozen. I explained to the employees that my order had already been paid for, but instead of helping me resolve the issue, they responded with complete indifference. The only explanation they gave me was that nothing could be done—without giving any consideration to the long wait I had endured. I simply cannot believe that McDonald's—such a massive chain—has employees who don't know how to make an exception to prepare or hand over an order without app confirmation, even when it has already been paid for. This particular branch is in dire need of a little more warmth and empathy.

I can never get my order right here, i even came inside to clarify and which took double the time and still didnt come out right, you need to train your employees better because theyre not very attentive. I asked for my mc chicken's to be well done both of them, i only received one well done. meanwhile my chicken NUGGETS were well done, like this is an everytime occurrence i dont get why its hard to listen to instructions. Or when i specifically ask for ketchup and mayo only guess what i get mustard onions and pickles as well. Its really getting annoying wasting my money on food that wont be eaten. And the fact that i had to remind them to give me my drinks. Why does it take 25 minutes? I get it people make mistakes but this is everytime why cant you get nothing right?

Bad service. I was in the lobby to order food and overheard employees talking badly about customers and their coworkers, and the place smelled like weed. I also heard customers complaining that their fries weren’t fresh, even though they clearly requested fresh food at the drive-thru—it seemed like the food was just reheated. On top of that, the countertops were dirty, and I even noticed what looked like rat droppings under a table. That’s horrible and disgusting. If I could rate this place, it would be a -0. If I were the CEO or owner, there would be a list of: Fired. Fired. Fired. And fired.
