I had a really good experience at McDonald’s. My order was prepared quickly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy, and my burger was made exactly how I requested it. The staff was friendly and efficient, even during a busy rush, and they made sure my order was accurate before handing it to me. The dining area was clean and well maintained, which always makes a difference. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit with great service and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be back again.

McDonald’s never disappoints when I need a quick meal. The food was hot and fresh, my order was correct, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast even during a busy time. The fries were perfectly salted, and the burger tasted fresh. Overall, a great experience with good food, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back! 🍟🍔

What a bust so I ordered the #1 breakfast meal. Tell me why I got this..... no hash browns neither. This location is a joke, takes too long. Bad customer service and always getting orders wrong. Something needs to be done.

I was in line before 10:30am I got to the speaker to order at 10:31 and Lady wouldn’t let me order breakfast anymore. All I wanted was a hash brown so I drove her for nothing because she didn’t want to let me order breakfast anymore when I was in line at 10:30. If your in line they should let you order you can’t control how long the person in front of you takes.

Just stopped by to get a drink and get out of the brutal 107 degrees 2023 Texas summer heatwave we are having.  It had been some time since I visited this location and noticed how breathtaking a renovation was done since I saw it last.  It looks way more open and modern and there's even padding on some of the bench chairs now. I didn't have to wait to order like some other locations where you have to basically flag a cashier down from drive-thru to get their attention to come and take your order.  I really don't like ordering from those kiosks, call me old fashioned. The all the staff behind the counter seemed to be courteous to all the customers. This McDonald's is located right off interstate 820 in north richland hills on the north side of the freeway, not far from Winco Foods, AutoZone Auto Parts, and Home Depot.  Again, great job on updating the place and keeping it very clean.
