This was my local McDonald’s until I recently moved. Kids still go to school in the area so it’s nice to stop by after and get them a meal. This one always makes the experience rough. My last drive thru experience they had me pull up for a frappe. I did that no problem then proceeded to wait 10-15 minutes for that thing only. I had three kids in the car. I had to either back up and honk or go through the drive thru again. Previously I was getting a meal and they always ask “do you need a receipt” I said no. I then was pulled up to the third window. Waited 10-15 minutes and someone came and asked me what I was waiting for, then asked if I had the receipt. When I said no she had the nerve to say they ALWAYS ask for a receipt. Before that I had been waiting in their line for a while, with no one coming over the mic. I understand it gets busy but to not even say “hi, one moment please” is crazy when they have automated systems that talk as soon as you pull up. I tried to tell the cashier they could let us know it would be a moment, and he rolled his eyes and close the window. This place is ridiculous. As are a lot of McDonald’s. I don’t go here anymore.

This is definitely NOT FUNNY for someone that only had 15mins to eat for lunch but your employees thought so . All my life I have never got upset over food, but this is just dumb. Y’all have one job and y’all can’t even do that right

The food is good. I go here all the time, but there are times they neglect to put all items in the bag and when I get home. I don't have all of my order. And there are times Ive received attitude. Through drive thru and inside. Especially when I drive all the way back to get the missing food items. Otherwise they are on target and service and food is great other times with No issues.

The manager in the blue shirt is a weirdo, he has perfectly capable female employees to do tasks in the girls bathroom, but he had to stare into the girls bathroom as highschool girls were in there just to put toilet paper in there. I'm ashamed of this company allowing these people to run this place.
