Last Saturday was my 70th birthday. 2 or 3 years ago, I downloaded the McDonald’s app. I was asked for my D.O.B. while doing the prompts for setting up the McDonald’s app. I entered the information. I received an email by McDonald’s receiving a free sandwich and a drink because of my birthday date. Today I went to McDonald’s showing the email to Esther, the young lady at the register. Esther was polite, friendly, kind, informative and professional. Esther deserves a pat on the back. She was busy at the restaurant & at the register because it was 11:58am, lunch time! What I admired mostly about Esther is that she’s young yet extremely patient and a good listener. Thank you to the GM here for having Esther in your crew. She makes you shine! 🙏🏼 CGR

My wife picked up double quarter pounder meals for herself. And this is how our quarter pounders came out, one meat almost fairly cooked and the other one red. No need to show you the other one. Very disappointed.

This is what u call extra drizzle? Pssh watever, lady come talking bout if I want more then I need to pay for me, like nah just to get this ? Not wasting my money nomore at this location they don’t know what extra is they wanna downgrade peoples order when it comes to paying for “extra”

I typically do not write reviews, but today, September 23rd at 9:30, I felt compelled to. I do not know who prepared my coffee, but I must say—I truly appreciate you. It was impeccable in every respect, from the flavor to the presentation, and even the food was equally delightful. The staff were warm and courteous, which only elevated the experience. While I understand that various shifts operate throughout the day, I have primarily interacted with the morning team, and they have been consistently exceptional. I sincerely hope the standard of excellence remains unchanged.

So, I had the Spicy McNuggets meal with the lemonade app deal even though the kiosk machine was down & even after it being packed they still performed well & provided great service every last one of the team members from the cashiers to the cooks in the back. Made it an memorable experience even at night thank you 🥳👍🙌. Thanks Katy, Felicia & other people.
