I ordered food and drink items. The cheeseburger given to me was a mess. How could they possibly think it was okay to wrap this? The hot coffee is another issue. The person at the counter said coffee is now prepared in a machine and they will not give you sweetener or creamers. Will not visit this location again.

Dirty floors thru out dirty tables dirty restrooms my order was wrong the hamburger deluxe was sloppy the team member did it know what he was doing looked confused the fountains station was a mess the time is 6 pm on a Wednesday..this location on commerce street gone bad .The manager was here he could not communicate properly when I asked him a question

This is by far the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to . I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru just for there to be a bandaid wrapping in my hot & spicy as I was eating it I called the same night & the manger Robert said he’ll replace my whole order & next day I go he plays dumb & says he can’t cause he wasn’t there when I ordered . Then I got a hot & spicy with a hair in it to this place is just so unsanitary the kids play are the table are always disgusting too .

I went in to eat there and I'm looking at the screen and the manager tells me to order on the computer. I'm like okay. I go to order on there and am having trouble getting what I want and I don't really know how to use the app so I needed help on that. I took it like they were to busy to even take my order and told me to do it myself. I couldn't get it done so I ask a worker "I'm guessing y'all to busy to take an order"? She tells me he's actually the one that's supposed to be at the register and points to another worker. As he's walking by me again I try to stop him again and ask him how can I make my order. He says I'll be with you in a minute. I've been there 10 mins trying to order and I couldn't even get help or couldn't even make my order. I understand y'all got drive thru but y'all ignore the counter for the drive thru. The drive thru is more important? Cuz I didn't drive through or seem to not have a car I can't order?

Went to this location, ordered a 10pc nugget meal large with a drp. Then I ordered a Double Homestyle meal large with a DIET coke! I asked for my drinks since counter serves their drinks from the drive-thru instead of the self-service beverage machine. (Probably to control cost of sodas and ensure people dont waste refills as well as ensuring the homeless dont get free sodas. Either way, the counter person got my drinks and handed me a regular coke. When i looked at tye reciept it said regular coke but thats is not what i asked for. So when i asked him to correct it to diet he decided to cop an attitude about. I am diabetic, i know what the heck i ordered! Oh also the register person rings me up for a daily double.. Speed of getting your food lets just say you might as well go to Texas Roadhouse and order a full on meal!! You will get your food faster then a FAST FOOD RESTURANT!! Plus your food will be fresher and hotter!!! This location at this point in time SUCKS!!! Also the manager on duty doesnt care about the customers or a complaint or anything. He just sticks himself in a runners position as the store is going to hell in a hand basket!!! DO BETTER WEST COMMERCE!!!
