The night manager is consistently rude for no reason. You’ll know who he is because he’s sassy. Let me repeat again, HE is sassy. I don't need to say more than that. You cant act like that on this side of town im surprised he’s been getting away with it for this long. Even more surprising is he still has his job.

PLEASE do not go here go to the one closer to highway on Culebra. They have someone who has identified them as GM that does not know how to talk to people EVEN when they messed up. Their worker messed up and gave me a receipt and order that was not mines and then they have to now ring my Oder again mind you I looked at THEIR screen before going to the window and it says $23 and some change. When they realize at the second window their error and giving me the wrong order their “GM” then starts raising his voice saying he’s giving me a deal by charging me $24.68 cents. He was absolutely disgusting even when I was just explaining I come every morning and place the same order and then proceeds to keep trying to charge my card for more??? PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS. VERY SHADY LOCATION. And they messed up the order first you try to charge my card $24.68 and then $18 it’s just wild I will be going to another location guy was sticking his hands in the orders opening sandwiches dirt under his nails and all.

When my DoorDasher went to the window they told him. They gave my door dash order to someone else and to pull to the 2nd window and the never got to him so my DoorDash went in and asked if they can remake it and they said no and said they didn’t mess up the order and closed the door on his face. Mind you he’s been waiting a hour. I called and was trying to be nice to the manager but she was very rude and had attitude the whole time and didn’t let me talk and talked over me when l was trying to tell her what happened. She was mad the whole Time if you simply don’t like your job then leave .

Just left asked if they can put more chocolate in my milk shake said it dispenses at same time so she couldn’t manger comes up to give me fries and cookies I ask if I can have a bbq sauce chick gives me attitude it’s 31 cents like if you don’t like your job go find another always something with night shift

They got my order right. As long as you're slow and talk clearly. They will get your order right. You just have to be understanding. I've worked fast food and understand what they go through. I don't know why people are so rude to them. I may have waited a couple of minutes, but my food was hot and amazing. If you want a hack, order a mcflurry and an ice cream cone and ask them to put the ice cream cone in the mcflurry. Best idea ever you won't regret it
