Would rate 0 stars but not an option came and ordered around 2am ordered fresh and waited 12mins for fries that where past holding time and nuggets with a burt cigarette taste,soda was also inedible with a moldy water hose taste.this location harbors bad graveyard employees,also asked for a receipt after not getting during the payment process assured me it was in the bag and it wasn't they do this so you cannot pinpoint which exact employee

The women that work here are soooo nice they know how to make my latte how I like it especially for what McDonald’s charges for a ICED latte.. their tiny and mostly ice so really you don’t even get much then they charge 30 cents for a squirt of French vanilla so I atleast am glad that they make my order how I like it and what I pay for! Other workers can be unpleasant. That’s why I choose this location over the marbach and 1604 location. I moved from stone oak and always went to the same one and now I’ve been going to this one. I appreciate how nice they are and they’re not rude and make me feel at ease and not anxious if I need to ask them for something. I will come back and edit the names of the workers I know one is named Marissa I belive? And then there is a woman manager with a lot of rings she’s so nice I need to get their names and update this. Oh and amber is nice too! Glad she’s getting promoted I hope these girls can also be at the new location bc that’s closer to me Ellison and marbach!

Why do you all look pissed to work here? Not one smile and diff not friendly. Frys were not salty. At least the McRib was good

What’s the point of a fast food drive thru. If I still have to park and wait. It’s worst to be the first to park and see several other cars park and leave before you. I ordered one meal. I saw the car next to me get two bags and two kids meal. I couldn’t wait any longer so went inside and got my refund. There is no excuse for lack of urgency. On top of that manager didn’t even apologize for this. He basically just said here’s the refund.

I normally do not go to McDonald's or eat fast foods. I love to cook and eat at home, but once in a blue when I am running an errand I will get a Mcgriddle bacon egg and cheese. The best little sandwich to satisfy you. Wow, the price did go up to $4.99 before tax, but what isn't going up nowadays. This is not a stand alone McDonald's, so it is small, yet cozy and clean. Food was received warm and customer service from Ashley was wonderful. Keep up to great work Amanda! I did the receipt survey for you! GOD bless you and keep that positivity.
