Is the 3rd time I stop at this McDonald’s and today I got my order through the drive through. Got my drink almost halfway and my husband ask for more Ice at the least and lady said it said Light Ice with a bad attitude. I said it’s okay but in reality I ordered normal Ice. Fries also were Large but looked like a Medium… I understand they might be tied or unhappy with their job but at the end of the day they are getting paid for the service and I am super understanding and decided I was not going to ruin my day for not getting enough fries or drink but I think McDonald’s really need to look into the people they have working at their locations…

I got a hot and spicy and they didn't add mayo or lettuce. Just the chicken and the bun. Then I ask for my burgers to just be meat with bun but still added cheese. I had called but no answer.

this place actually sucks everyone is so rude and they are always taking long and it’s supposed to be a fast food and the managers of the restaurant are so rude and no help I got ignored in the drive thru while the other lane had gotten their orders taken 4 times!!! What is up with that!!!! They need a whole new crew staffff for dinner shift cause clearly they don’t care about their jobs enough to be kind and decent and that’s the fact I didint even do anything the person asked if I was gonna use the app and I said no and they I can’t do this and proceeded to ignore me as I saw and heard orders getting tooken in The other lane if your looking for a McDonalds to go on the south side I hope you never come to this one!!!!!

Giving this place a 1 star is too much, the service is awful. Fries that came with my meal were cold and no ketchup or napkins. My son ordered a 20 piece of chicken nuggets and only received 18. 2 missing. We didn’t drive back to complain not worth the hassle. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Food was gross. Fresh fries but all of our burgers had buns that were not toasted
