My name is John Washington III, a United States presidential candidate from San Antonio, Texas, and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed my order at approximately 3:00 PM and did not receive my food until 3:45 PM. I stood at the counter for more than 30 minutes waiting while watching multiple customers who ordered after me receive their food before I did. Another young lady who had also been waiting for a long time became upset with the manager, and after she complained, the staff quickly rushed to prepare and give her order. Meanwhile, a short Hispanic female employee asked me for my order number. I provided it, but instead of checking on my order, she walked away and continued working on other orders. I later discovered that my food had already been prepared and was sitting on the pickup shelf the entire time. This employee apparently saw my order, left it there, and never informed me. About ten minutes later, she asked for my order number again and then reached up to the highest rack to retrieve my order, which had reportedly been sitting there for over 25 minutes. The lack of communication, attention to customers, and overall service at this location was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this restaurant, and I will never return to this location.

I came through the drive through order some fries. The fries were cold and soggy, I asked the lady for some fresh ones she took the bag back and ask me to pull to 3rd window. Two minutes later she brought a bag to me with French fries that had refried. Nasty can I have a refund?

Still waiting 20 minutes for 20 pc nugget and fries. Service terrible. Obviously they are not organized to not have food ready. You should t have to wait that long. Cashier window service has no customers service. I don’t typically stop here but I won’t in the future either.

Had a great experience with the young man Jaden. He was very courteous, polite and helpful to all the customers. He made my visit enjoyable and will tell everyone to visit because of him. Great job Jaden!

Good for a quick put atop before taking the road
