This McDonald’s looks amazing with the modernized interior but they should’ve upgraded their staff as well. Older lady working the cash register wants to judge and have an attitude because she knows she’s been wrong trying to stereotype and assume I didn’t pay for my order rather than trust the system, the app, and the customer when i use the app to pay for my drinks. Then ignores me when I request to use the restroom claiming they’re going to clean it but they say we’re good but she only lets my female companion in then an older gentleman who makes request to use it right after I do. Then she calls out order numbers but never mine. Then another worker asks me my number to which she knew it was ready already and tells this same other bad attitude having lady to give me my food so she intentionally did not call my number out. That or she was just too incompetent to read my number correctly. I’m leaning toward intentional passive aggressive unprofessional conduct but wait, there’s more! I get a burger combo with fries and this same lady proceeds to tell me I can’t get BBQ sauce because it’s for the nuggets. I’m sorry McDonald’s but if yall can’t swing having enough dipping sauces for nuggets AND fries, someone has lost the plot! They gave me ONE BBQ sauce. So the nice decor immediately loses its wow factor the moment you begin to engage with this lady in particular.

I ordered a pack of 13 cookies which come in a small tote box . They just threw hot cookies in there got home to broken and smashed cookies. They could’ve placed them in a big breakfast foam container or something.

Service was extremely slow, and when they finally took my order the chicken sandwich was cold and tough, tasted overcooked and hard. Sodas are not self serve, so if you want a refill, expect additional 5-10 minute wait standing in line with no one else in front of you. If you need to use the restroom, expect an additional 5-10 wait for someone to unlock the door. Staff behind the counter, would see me waiting and simply ignore me. And the bathroom was nasty, trash and dirty toilet paper all over, empty beer can in the urinal also the stall door latch was broken so the door wouldn’t shut or lock completely so no privacy. The dining area was mess, food and trash on floors. There were at least five or six tables dirty tables from previous customers that haven’t been cleaned and I didn’t see anyone cleaning or attempting to clean during my visit there.

Went through the DRIVE- THRU.. waited exactly 12 minutes for food to be ready..checked our bags before we left property. Missing half of the order went again through the drive thru.. explain to them. Was sent to the 2nd window manager comes to window "let me see ALL bags".. food cold already.. so unprofessional and took 7 minutes to get the food that was missing.. so frustrating..this location needs help. We ended up NOT eating half of the food it was cold.

I ordered through UberEats and left specific instructions that were also printed on labels that were left on the burger cardboard containers. My wife has an allergy to dairy and cheese, so she ordered a Big Mac with no cheese (plain, only lettuce). She could not consume this burger because they added cheese to it. Very disappointed
