I was there today and let's just say it is the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. 1st I placed my order for a Homestyle Burger with no pickles or mustard, add mayo and ketchup meal, with large fries and a large tea. When I went through the drive thru, I informed them that I was a veteran like I do at all McDonald's. The cashier who may have been a manager because of the uniform she was wearing said. We don't five it anymore, so I asked since when, she said 2 yrs ago and if you still get it they were wrong. I go on to pay for my order and was told to wait in parking lot for them to bring out my food. 10 minutes passes by.and I get it. And due to the icy conditions on the road, I slowly make my way.back home. Get home and eat my fries that were overly salty and guess what, my homestyle burger with no pickles or mustard, had pickles all on it. So I have tried calling for over 3 hrs and no luck getting someone to answer the phone.

Worse McDs staff in town. I’ve been to many locations through San Antonio and often. This is the only location that makes you pull over to wait for whatever you order. Staff is consistently rude. I complained today to a manager and she raised her voice speaking over me talking about they are privately owned so that’s why they don’t offer the same service and qualify as other locations. She interrupted me to tell me they drop the burgers fresh which is why you can’t wait for them at the window and have to pull over to wait. She told me they don’t do the supply ordering so they can’t control that they are often out of stock on cookies and pies. She didn’t have a reason for why they told me it would be a 15 minute wait for their new seasonal pie. Overall she was very defensive and not receptive to the feedback I was trying to give. I’ll go out of my way to go to any other location. A few miles more for better quality food and service is worth it to me.

Yall seriously what the heck is this!!!! Yall seriously can’t even cook a burger all the way through! I get that yall was busy at the time but let’s be for real!! At least try to cook yalls food thoroughly!!!

I would come here a lot. However for a while their night shift crew have been very sloppy and unfriendly. I get it they want to go home, but go home feeling accomplished. They don’t put everything that you order and PAID for in your bags. My last straw was ordering their new chicken strips and getting them burnt. AND missing a mccrispy combo.

Very nice location, the older lady who some times take the curbside food out is the sweetest. My modifications are always there and I appreciate it. Thank you.
