Today, we had a wonderful experience ordering/dining in for breakfast. Isaiah, our cashier, was amazing—friendly, efficient, and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Junior, who handled and distributed customer orders, truly went above and beyond. Our food was nice and hot just the way we like our breakfast. With our order, we got decaffeinated coffee, but it wasn’t brewed to our liking. We ask Junior if he would kindly make a fresh pot. He asked if we’d prefer a fresh pot of regular coffee instead, and when we agreed, he made it—and it was absolutely delicious. That level of attentiveness and care really stood out. While taking care of their regular patrons they also had a large group of young teenage boys who were participating in a wrestling championship there in Virginia Beach and what was so amazing was that the line was moving at a very fast pace with the large group. It’s always refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Junior and Isaiah made our visit enjoyable and are a great representation of the team. They provided outstanding customer service.

Smelled of fish the moment I opened the door. Don't know if the workers are overstressed or what but they felt hostile when they spoke to me. While the Hot and Spicy was delicious and the fries were hot oil fresh, the nuggets tasted off.

i’ve never been more disappointed at mcdonalds, got there around 11:25pm for a mobile pickup order, staff waited until after 11:30pm to greet/tell me that they are no longer accepting mobile orders after 11:30, it was not shown anywhere that they would stop serving after 11:30, even tho i had placed and got charged for the order 20 minutes before. All he said was “you will get a refund after 12” You shouldn’t be able to place orders if they cannot be fulfilled!

They never have any sort of coffee available. The machine is either being cleaned or it's broken, which one is it? It can't be both. This is a poor excuse and even worse customer service....don't waist your time. MacDonald's claims they have coffee available. This is false advertising. I hope upper management takes notice and makes some changes. This location disappoints on a consistent basis. Something as simple as a daily staple should always be available. Three thumbs down.👎👎👎.

Horrible, horrible place would never recommend to anybody here i could not recommended service was ok…but then all of a sudden lady was unprofessional about the french fries 😒 my big mac was burnt THE MEAT WAS Overcooked 🤣 ATMOSPHERE WAS DISGUSTING
