If your old and retired and you find yourself a nice quiet place to pass 30 minutes before the bank opens at 9 this is the place to go. Very clean and fastest counter service. When the place is nearly empty you get the full customer service experience. I did notice the drive thru line was very full but little customers on the inside. They even brought my order to my table neatly on a tray and not bagged up.

AMAZING customer service and good food for a fast food place but there is a strange (i think) homeless man that stays in the store all day and every time i go in there he is always in there. *m completely nonjudgmental but this man quite literally REEKS. He will leave his grocery cart outside filled with junk, then stay in the store and only buy a large fry and then walk around the store giving customers odd stares. I have also noticed first hand, him taking multiple pictures of staff especially of the women that work at the cashier stations at the front. He has also occasionally taken photos of customers and even tried to take one of me. Great food and staff but don't bother going inside unless you are going to eat in your car or outside.

they’re always super nice but i’ve waited upwards of 15 minutes multiple times for mobile orders. mobile orders are started before you arrive. i’m just a bit confused as to how a restaurant with three cars is slammed. i hope this isn’t rude or snarky. i recommend the mcdonald’s at salem crossing next to the walmart and chick fil a. i feel as though the other mcdonald’s also offers bigger portions if that’s what you’re looking for. the workers have a great attitude though and i bet they’re just understaffed.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, especially about fast food services but this isn’t the first time that this location does this. Half of our food was barely filled. My large fries weren’t even full halfway, kids meal fries were also barely full, they weren’t even opened all the way before they were filled. Our McFlurry was also not anywhere close to completely full. Unfortunately we were in a rush and I didn’t even think of looking in our bag until we were almost home when I reached for a fry and realized that I didn’t feel many in the bag. This used to be our go to store but the past few months it’s gotten progressively worse.

I went to the drive thru on 4/5/2026@9:00pm. I wanted a ice cream cone. The young lady at the drive thru fix me a picture perfect ice cream cone. I was so excited. The young was very friendly kudos to her.
