⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by around 8:45pm for ice cream, fully expecting the machine to be down as usual — but to our surprise, Ms. Jerri greeted us with a smile and said, “Honey, how many do ya want?” She was incredibly friendly, held a great conversation, and never once asked us to pull forward just to save her timer. This was genuinely the best McDonald’s visit I can remember and gave me hope that McDonald’s still has amazing people behind the counter. Huge shoutout to Ms. Jerri — thank you for being awesome!

I’m a single mom and out with my 4 year old son, and the entire staff made us feel welcomed and I felt so special, he let me try a new drink that I hadn’t had before on him for Mother’s Day 💙 the entire staff was so kind to my son and he loved the one guys tattoos. Honestly one of the most family friendly spots. The food was also hot, and my son is picky when it comes to his temperature of fries he won’t eat them cold 🤣 fantastic staff and food!

This store has always been better in my opinion than all others in Customer Service and overall experience! This morning, Stephanie was so patient with me ordering my coffee because I had no idea what to get? I usually just drink iced coffee in the summer but today first snow of the year in Virginia Beach I wanted a hot coffee. Stephanie was very patiently and helped me out. Definitely above and beyond I think the cold weather affected my thought process lol!! just wanted to share what a pleasurable experience I had thank you Stephanie

Best for drive through meals or Door Dash. The lobby is extremely small, just two tables and a couple wall seats. Great atmosphere, personable and very delicious fresh hot menu items.

I know nothing will change, but this is without a doubt, the slowest “fast” food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Every few months I decide to try it again because my kids much prefer it over Wendy’s but it’s always a mistake. A 20 minute wait in the drive through for a happy meal and a cheeseburger is just insanity. How are they so bad at this? It’s not like they are inventing the food genre….there are McDonalds everywhere, yet this one takes the cake for slowest fast food in the world. I’m just over it.
