Out of holiday specials. You think they could put up a sign saying sold out. I order snack wrap meal with no cheese- both had cheese & no lettuce. Luckily I don’t have a severe allergy to dairy. I should’ve checked order before I left but drive thru was nuts & lobby was too.

ordered through the mcdonald’s app…waited curb side for 30 minites…all the food was cold.asked for manager and we got new food, everything was hot but i got a 5 piece nuggets instead of a 6 which usually wouldn’t be a problem but since i had already complained it upset me just a bit further. don’t know how i had to wait 30 mins for cold food but after complaining i got fresh hot food withen a few mins. this was a waste of my mcdonald’s points, my money, and my time.

We go to this location quite often. We moved here from Ohio and love the area. however, tonight we went through the drive through and got a few burgers and a ten piece nugget meal. We then proceeded to go to Harris Teeters and while I was inside my wife noticed McDonald's forgot the 10 piece nuggets. So we drove back where we sat in line forever, got to the window and the lady never spoke one word to us. Not one. We said we were just here and showed them the bag, they took the bag looked around put a 10 piece in it and just handed it back. Literally not one word was said to us. Now we have cold food, no one said sorry for forgetting the nuggets it's just crazy. The customer service industry is so broken it's horrible. Training is all I can say!!

Very disappointed in my visit, ordered to table due to hearing impairment making it hard to order with counter to verify accuracy. Instead of food being brought to table they put food in bag at the front of restaurant and let it get cold. Did not bring food to table and seemed bothered when we had to ask for our cup. The guy as sweeping and out gloves on directly after to our chicken nuggets in a box and did not wash hands in between. They were not busy at the time, just seemed lazy and didn’t bother to care about basic cleanliness. Overall disappointed. Yes it’s fast food but the whole point of order from table was to get the food brought to the table

I ordered food to be delivered through doordash. The first time we received only drinks and no food. The second time we didn't receive two sandwiches. The bags were sealed with correct receipts on the outside so this is obviously a mcdonalds issue and not doordash. I do not understand how you can mess up the same order, so significantly, twice.
