I have been coming here since 2002 as a teenager. I now come with my kids and spent a lotttt of $$ over the years. Today, I’ve asked for made to order and had to wait (understandable) but then I got home and see that there’s burned, charred pieces of who knows what in and all over my burger!! So disappointed. My orders have been wrong plenty of times, and nobody likes to lose it on $$ but I let it slide but this is the absolute first time I’ve felt UNSAFE to eat my food. Edit: I went back to get a replacement after work and had to wait OVER 45 minutes. SMH this is absolutely terrible. This particular location needs leadership, customer service training and management to step in PRONTO

People use the review section to bash workers but tonight I had the most wonderful patient customer service From Julian I believe he was a manager, but I was having problems with my McDonald’s app and he patiently helped me resolve my problem to help me order my food I want to thank you, Julien for your wonderful and patient customer service service like this in the fast food industry is hard to find.

haven't had a terrible experience here yet but I don't think ever seen a McDonald's with A thru F reserved Drive-Thru parking. Doing a whole lot just to make drivethru times looks better, but oh well.

Ordered several items. Received no condiments, napkins, or straws. Double cheeseburger was not even assembled and had almost no ketchup/mustard. I’m not a person who likes a ton of sauce, so when I complain about it not having much, it really didn’t have hardly any. The cheese was not even on the sandwich but on the outside of the sandwich and attached to the wrapper. I had to reassemble the whole sandwich. Worst issue was my Mc Chicken sandwich. It had no chicken on it but a hamburger patty instead. I won’t be returning to this location if I can avoid it.

You have a panhandler at your drive through 15Mar26 at 0645. We had to stop multiple times concerned about not hitting him as he crossed in front of our vehicle pulling up to order at your drive through speaker. He then almost hit our car with a shopping cart and demanded breakfast, very close to the driver side window. He's in a blue hoodie, older male, gray hair & beard. It's not the first time he's done this. Unsafe. Thanks!
