Karma is AMAZING she’s always smiling and makes sure everything is in the bag. She gets the cars out of the drive thru and I also see her bagging orders in the front. She’s the best! Give that girl a raise.

im unsure what the employees name is, but this is the first time ive been to this mcdonalds and seen somebody actually working and not just hiding in the back and avoiding eye contact with everybody. he had short, black hair and was wearing a light green collared shirt. he was courteous, polite, and helpful to every customer. yall need to give him a raise immediately and im not even joking

Takes to long waiting 20-30 mins for inside orders & they keep processing drive thru unbelievable slow. I'm not coming back to this location they don't say anything to you. Don't care about the front. Mcdouble made in correctly

There isn't a high standard in my mind for the general McDonald's, and this one fell considerably short. The ketchup on my burger was mostly on the outside (only about 10% made it in the burger) of the bun (which looked like it was manhandled by a gorilla, and the ketchup dispensers were both not working to no surprise of the worker there I informed. He said they don't fill them (then why are they even there; without a sign?). The tables were not wiped off, so I had to use baby wipes, and the kids' high chairs all had food in them. The restroom was trashed, there was well-dried pee all over the toilet seat, hair all over the sink/counter, and the "floor is wet" sign still on the floor like it was cleaned recently, but probably just forgotten if I had to guess by the state of everything else. Not to mention the door to the stall was broken and stuck in the locked position, and I could get in, but so could everyone else... Because of this, I had to make my 3yo daughter wait until we got home. I brought up the state of this restroom to the same staff member, and he wasn't concerned in the slightest and essentially just brushed me off. The general manager, David H, and the supervisor Harozeth O, should try a little harder to get their place in order... I am highly disappointed with this place, and I will not be back

Went into this McDonald’s placed order at kiosk for a large coke and two apple pies . One customer ahead already waiting . Two more came in placed orders they all recieved orders and left . Went to counter after it had been 10 minutes and they told me it would be 3 minutes waiting on pies . So I asked for my coke ( that I had to fix myself) waited 7 more minutes for a total of 17 minutes ! Unreal ! Not going in there again !
