I really don't want to be rude, the people working are super kind and they tried their best, but this location was remodeled recently, so there's no front counter or anything, and this is a huge issue. I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my food, there were already about 8 people who looked pretty annoyed, with one kid dealing with a very angry lady, probably rightfully so, but idk. I waited 10 mins before I went through drive through, they let me pick up via drive through (thank y'all again for that) but the food was old, and they straight up forgot the bottom half of my chicken sandwich bro. I can only imagine that working at a new type of restaurant like that is stressful, I work food service I get it, but this remodel new style of restaurant does not work. It only stresses out the staff and the customer.

If I order a big breakfast, I am not ordering the freeze dried egg that comes on a bec biscuit. Who takes the bec egg and cut it up and put it in the container. Looking like you cut it up for a toddler. TACKY! Stop being lazy and cook the egg. And for the manager that said that this is the 'new' egg. Your establishment is the only one serving the 'new' egg. I had to drive further down the street to get a real big breakfast egg. The picture is below. Do better!

My husband just got very lucky he asked for no onions extra pickles extra ketchup and and he got a burger with no pickles and some onions scrapped off. Hes allergic to onions and we've never had this happen before. Any custom sandwich should be fresh made because you dont know the reason why its requested that way.

Went and got food. It was good, music was on point, got the big arch meal. Fries were warm. They just took a little long and they weren't even that busy.

I saw they had the new hot honey chicken biscuits and the chicken biscuits already delicious; I love spicy food with a sweet savory at the end. I was excited to try it so I came by today and the drive thru cashier seemed sweet but sad. She ended up ringing me up the lunch version instead of breakfast so it was more. I received the refund with no problem. Along with free apple pie but I was already paying for two strawberry crème pies. My husband highly appreciated the apple treat. As I wait the 12 minutes for the pies, I took a few bites of the hot honey chicken biscuit with round egg and cheese, it turned my experience from not wanting to come back🥴 to a “oh yeah I’m coming back for another one. “😂 I was going to ask for strawberry jelly but it didn’t even need it. 😋 Thank you to all the managers. They made sure I left saying Ba da ba ba…ba, I’m lovin it 💕
