The employees are downright rude. I got yelled at through the drive thru intercom when they could have politely relayed that i could not use the drive thru. I then proceeded to make a curbside order and was yelled at multiple times through the drive thru window to come inside and place an order. Because I was yelled at multiple times i did not feel safe walking into the establishment alone.

Worst McDonald's ever, the maintenance man thinks he is a manager and it's okay to hangout in the women's bathroom all day. Cleaning isn't an excuse because it's always filthy. He is creepy and someone has made him think he's a manager. Why is a janitor going in back and handing out food? It's gross. Him being in this bathroom is going to get a lawsuit put on McDonald's. Why aren't bathrooms cleaned before store is open? Why is he the only maintenance guy who is always hanging out in women's bathroom? Why is he allowed to chase off customers buying $100 worth of food for her office because they wanted to wash hands before handling food and drink? Why is He hanging out in the bathroom constantly? Is this employee living at McDonald's? Do better and I pray you all do background checks

We were stuck waiting for our ride back to Hatteras Island, check out was 11am at the Motel, so we decided to go eat and I wanted to journal, so we stopped at this location to hang out for a bit. . It was super empty, I think we were the only table when we arrived. It was very cozy and I didn't feel UNWANTED or out of place, even tho we had ALL of our luggage with us... lol.. I met the sweetest Employee in the restroom... I should of gotten her name. I explained & apologized to her for our lengthy eat in. We got talking about my Year in review, my husband getting sick, on Hospice for 6 months, 1 week, & 1 day, before passing away on Sept 29th, 2025. She was so genuine & I felt she could actually feel my pain. After the morning I was already having, SHE REALLY MADE ME FEEL OK FOR A MINUTE... So I say nice talking to u, go back to my table, & here it comes......... "You do know it's 30 min eat time only, right?" WOW!!! We spent $20, planned to spend more. The dining room was nearly empty and we literally get kicked out... I understand, this employee was only doing her job, & there are people that will take advantage but we were NOT hurting anyone, or anything. All we needed to do was wait maybe another hour.....We as humans, are quick to judge & condemn people when instead we should show love & compassion. EMPATHY...... So, it hurt my heart, this is the world we live in. Instead of taking CARE OR ONE ANOTHER, WE JUDGE & DISMISS our own kind. I Never leave reviews this long but this situation REALLY opened my eyes...... LOVE ONE ANOTHER. U DON'T KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOIN THRU ONN ANY GIVEN DAY!!! NO MATTER WHERE U ARE, SHOW THEM LOVE & KINDNESS...... U COULD CHANGE SOMEONE'S LIFE WITH A SIMPLE ACT OF KINDNESS. A LESS THAN 5MIN INTERACTION..... THANK U, EMPLOYEE IN THE RESTROOM. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE WARMTH & LOVE U SHOWED ME ON ONE OF THE WORSR DAYS OF MY LIFE. I WISH U THR BEST!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was rude and dismissive, and there was a long wait after being told to pull into a parking spot for my food. When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, this was a mobile order, which ended up taking 45 minutes to prepare—completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. No apology, no urgency, and no accountability from the staff. Long waits, wrong orders, and poor customer service have unfortunately become the norm here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for quick or reliable service.

over 50% of our order didn't arrive staff was rude we didn't get any fries no straws no napkins and one of our drinks was spilled and upside down. Do not recommend. The wait was also 25 minutes. When we went back to get them to correct our order it took another 30 minutes, the food was lukewarm, they still forgot the drinks, no napkins, messed up multiple of our orders again. Additionally they gave us 20+ straws as a final.act of passive aggresiveness.
