There was a use by sticker on the cheese on my burger…. Tried to call but the place doesn’t answer the phone.

0 stars I ordered online ahead of time go to the drive thru (11:35 PM) and sat there 20 minutes no one saying anything on the speaker (other cars also waiting with no red at the drive through) . I called them and they told me to pull up to the window I get there it takes an additional 10 minutes to get my food and they got my order all messed up (ice cream machine “broken”) they gave me hard burnt patties and forgot my pickles (I paid for extra) and doused my husbands burgers in salt and pepper (he can’t eat salt and pepper) and laughed at me when I asked them to remake my food . Second burgers not any better and took even longer to get our food because they said they just threw out the old ones. Ended up trashing the burgers. The website and drive through signs all say it’s 24 hours. Very disappointed.

I choose to go to McDonald’s today because I was craving for the McGriddle. I love it. To me it taste like pancakes. I entered the store and it was so quiet and peaceful. I needed help placing my order at the kiosk and a young man came to help me. Very nice customer service. Everything very clean and neat.

I just submitted a review about the customer service while at the drive through cause the lady at the window was so rude and was yelling at me. Then I get home to find out that all our meals were raw and cold. I call and talk to the manager and of course he didn’t even care. He didn’t believe me when I said the food was raw and when I asked him for a phone number to send him a picture of the food, he said that there is no number that he can share! Besides the sodas were flat and they didn’t give us the McFlurry that we ordered!

This location is HORRIBLE. The drive thru times are absolutely abysmal every single time I come here which will never be again. They cannot get the evening drive thru under control whatsoever
