This morning I order a M iced latte and a large ice coffee. After waiting in the drive through for over 30mins to receive milk and sugar! No coffee taste at all! I go back in to get it remade. Same thing all over again. Will be adding photos of the first latte and the old and new coffee together

What is going on here?! Literally 20 minute wait at a parking space AFTER a 20 minute wait IN DRIVE THRU. They finally brought our food out at 20 minute mark after payment. It was MISSING items. Ugh. Walked inside (healing from foot surgery after major break) to stand at registers for another 10 minutes before I yelled out to get someone's attention to let them know I needed help. The lady was very kind, I appreciate that. However I expressed my disappointment with the transaction bc now all my other food in car (that was only warm to begin with) is probably now cold. She circled my receipt with pencil and wrote free meal, for future. But, I ate cold food and fully paid for it THAT day, in parking spot #1 and decided, we will not be back for the free meal. Thank you but no thank you. I'll find a different location for when we want McDonald's. Not a free meal could make me wait again and then eat warmish/coolish/soggy food. I don't trust you. I was able to buy the prince fries as a side but they forgot the fries. That was the holdup. $3.89 for a packet of grinch salt. 🫣

I waited till 4am today to get breakfast, a was the first in line, bill was 31.16. Yet my order still wasn’t correct supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin yet there’s no egg, it’s really an inconvenience to pay correct money, a get home to incorrect product. This is just one of the many reasons why robots are goina take people’s jobs. An to put the cherry on top I asked for ketchup for my three hasbrowns a guess what… no ketchup smh. One day I’ll learn to just cook at home

Fish was tiny cold and waited forever. No soap in the bathroom! Asked for the manager to get soap. Never came to the counter to help. The best thing was I was able to share positive thoughts with a young man. I suppose that's why I was there not for food. Should have returned the sandwich. $7 plus for fish 🐟 sandwich is out of this world and its not even big enough for a child. Size has truly be diminished since I used to get them. Stay away from this McDonald's. Service is not pleasant. No customer service. No one greets you. Delivery drivers waiting for a extended about of time. Not Good! Do better!

Unacceptable the only mc Donald’s I ever been or “fast food” restaurant that takes over 30min to deliver an order when is not even full of customers inside. First and last time I’ll come here. I guess they are very understaffed because the tables and seats were nasty and dirty too.
