Bro, where are the rest of my fries? This is unacceptable. This is like the 15th time this has happened to me, and you know it's got to get to a certain point where I go ahead and put my branding out there to scrutinize the lack of capabilities from an all-world billion-dollar company. Like, fill up the fries. This is wild work to me. Fill up the fries. I ask for large; you give me large. Don't cheap out on me halfway. I expect a complimentary meal the next time I go.

Ordered food for drive thru pickup. Drive-thru not moving. Parked and walked in to pick up my food. Front counter being completely ignored. Three other people just standing there waiting for service. One gentleman said he'd he's been waiting there for 20 minutes and nobody had talked to him. I waited for 10 minutes and was ignored. 1 doordash order was brought to the front and left there. There was a female worker wearing a blue top and black pants who was obviously running the whole thing I made eye contact with her numerous times and she refused to come to the front counter and ask me if I needed anything. So I canceled my order and left extremely upset. In my entire life I've never had such crappy service at a McDonald's anywhere in the United States or overseas.

Incompetent workers who apparently lack third grade reading skills necessary to work behind a counter where reading is the main point of the job... How are you gonna go from "2 Mc Doubles with NO cheese" to "one mc double with EXTRA cheese and one regular burger..." I cant physically consume cheese due to an allergy so yeah... awesome service.

Waited 10 mins to get to the window They parked the 2 cars in front of me then asked me to pull up and park also. This is a drive through. If I want to park I'll go to Applebee's and order a steak for the same price and get it in less time. When I told them I wouldn't pull up they said I couldn't have my food. One less person in this line from on. Never again.

Neveah is the sweetest! I was having a bad day and she not only cheered me up but has remembered me and asks how I’m doing every time I come through! She makes this location absolutely amazing
