The place was super busy. One trainee was working the whole floor by herself with no guidance. Other two woman staff were in a corner the entire time hanging out talking with no care in the world. I felt bad for the new trainee she was doing the best she can with her limited training. My drink was suppose to be a large (missing a lot of liquid) pineapple mango smoothie, however it taste like water and clumps of ice. Do better McDonald’s!

My go-to breakfast at McDonald's is the Steak & Egg McMuffin—it’s hands down my favorite. Not every location carries it, and I’ve tried the steak and egg bagel as a backup… not even close. Add a hash brown and you’ve got a solid start to the day. Service was a little slow on this visit, but it does seem to be improving.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about McDonald’s, but here we are. We all know the legendary “ice cream machine is broken” situation. It’s practically part of the McDonald’s brand at this point. But this location has managed to evolve beyond that. They’re now out of drinks. Not once. Not twice. Not even “wow, that’s unlucky.” We’re approaching a dozen times now. The routine goes like this: I wait in a long drive-thru line, finally reach the speaker, confidently order the one thing I came for, and then get told they’re out of it. Then, because the drive-thru is basically a hostage situation, I’m forced to slowly crawl through the rest of the line while watching everyone else collect the items that actually exist. I understand occasional inventory issues happen. I understand this isn’t fine dining. My expectations are already resting comfortably on the floor. But McDonald’s has been around for over 80 years. Surely, somewhere in those eight decades, we’ve cracked the code on keeping Coke in stock. Please. I am begging you. Hire someone whose sole responsibility is counting beverages. Love, A customer who has spent more time in your drive-thru than actually consuming your products.

Let me tell you about the hour I just spent trying to pick up a mobile order: Order sausage egg & cheese bagel, no sausage. Simple. Pick up my food, get all the way home, and what do I find? A cold slice of cheese in between a bagel. So I drive all the way back. First, takes 10min for a single employee to turn around to face the customers. 5 of us had to keep begging for them to acknowledge us. I tell them what happened, and the employee tried to blame me & said I submitted the order wrong… until I pulled up the receipt. Then she suddenly didn’t have much to say. They remake it, hand it to me, so I open it to find… ANOTHER piece of cheese in between a bagel. I asked them if this was a joke but I had forgotten they had all gone mute by then. An HOUR after my order was placed, I’m heading home with what I paid for. They don’t care. About you, about customers, about the food, or apparently about reading.

I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru on June 15, 2026, at approximately 2:40 AM, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. The service took an extremely long time, much longer than I normally experience here. The female employee taking orders spoke very quietly, making it difficult to understand her, and her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my Filet-O-Fish sandwich had little to no sauce on it and was completely dry. The quality of the food was disappointing, especially after such a long wait. I’m a regular customer and visit this location often. The two young men who usually work the overnight shift are always friendly, respectful, and efficient, which is why this visit stood out so negatively. I understand that late-night shifts can be challenging, but customers should still receive good service, clear communication, and properly prepared food. I hope management addresses these issues because this location is usually much better than what I experienced on June 15.
