It's hit or miss at this location. The normal staff has been consistent lately. However the young man I saw tonight, it was my first time seeing him there, and he definitely did not look like he wanted to be there, lol. It was pretty busy, but wanted to note the Shamrock Shake is back for a limited time, and I certainly wanted to get one before they're gone from the menu. Unfortunately the shake machine looks to have had another failure and as a result, I ended up with a vanilla, and chocolate shake with thin stripes of Shamrock mint added for taste. This location is my go-to, and I will certainly return in the future, but I was really looking forward to that Shamrock shake 🥲 I have no doubt that young man was having a rough night and will certainly do better with more experience in the future. I know it's a gamble when ordering shakes, and unfortunately I lost this battle, yet I will test my luck again next time, in the hopes of yet getting the shamrock shake of sweet mintiness to smooth down the salty delicious fries and burgers.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Not only did you mess up our order, but you charged us almost $40 for five McDouble meals when it should have been around $30. Then, after we came back because of your mistake, another $20 was charged to our account instead of correcting the issue. On top of that, you forgot sauces, fries, and nuggets from multiple meals. If you're going to work in a fast-paced environment, then listening and paying attention to orders is part of the job. Being busy is not an excuse for repeatedly getting orders wrong and charging customers incorrectly. At this point, it feels like nobody was paying attention. We shouldn't have to inspect every bag and verify every charge because employees failed to do their jobs correctly. This was one mistake after another, and it is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate and reporting this location. Charging customers incorrectly, failing to provide items that were paid for, and then creating additional charges while trying to fix your own mistakes is not acceptable customer service. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.

They didn’t cook my food all the way and can’t even call them about anything bc there phone dnt work this is absolutely nasty….

We ordered a large fry and barely had enough in the box for a medium. The fries were under done, the nuggets were over cooked and we didn’t get any of the nugget sauce, one in which I paid for!! Do better McDonald’s!!

asked for sweet tea and got straight black coffee, when I asked at the window if that was sweet tea because it's really dark, the lady at the window gave attitude and insisted it was sweet tea. it was only like 11 am and they were "out of" Dr pepper (they probably were too lazy to change the bib) and out of ranch. the service was just terrible, everyone was rude and rushing, I understand being busy but thats no excuse for rudeness. This isn't their fault but just thought I'd mention that the parking lot was a mess, a FedEx truck was blocking one entrance and the other was crowded because of construction.
