Best McDonald’s I have ever been to! The manager was absolutely amazing and so accommodating to me and my swim kids during our end-of-the-school-year party. This is by far the cleanest McDonald’s in the East Valley — honestly, one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited anywhere. The employees were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming with all of my classes. Thank you to your entire team for helping make our celebration even sweeter! 😊

I’ve never written a review for a McDonald’s in my life but this one needs it. Service was fine, employees are always fine! Never had an issue with them. My issue is that it was almost $20 for one meal, it was actually more expensive to “make it a meal” than it was to order the items à la carte and they’re skimping on the syrups for the sodas. I should’ve gone to chipotle and spent half as much on a meal that I for sure know isn’t made from people.

This place has 2 stars for a reason. Took almost 20 minutes to make a big mac, 10 nuggets, and a spicy chicken. The kid literally just got done not packaging someone order correctly resulting in a huge mess. Once I pointed out my order taking forever it magically got done. Not after the second time of course. Also the whole time im visibly staring at the employee that made the mess actively on his phone.... please fire everyone here and scart all over

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to give it multiple chances because of the convenience but it has been a minimum of 20 minute wait each time. One time I even had to have my order refunded because it had been 25 minutes and no sign of it. I don’t blame the employees, it’s completely on the management to actually be present and have standards. Not once have a I seen an resemblance of leadership and it’s apparent

This place is a constant joke. I ordered three ice cream cones, four drinks, two happy meals and two burgers. The genius decides to hand me the ice cream cones, I had to ask for him to put them in a cup....I didn't bring my third arm today... guess I can't be too upset, it was a middle aged man still working at McDonald's... best of luck buttercup.
