The order was extremely simple, a pickup order, a cheese burger with no onions, big mac, 2 drinks, and an ice cream. You’d think that when you order drive thru and they tell you to pull to the side, you’re waiting on the ice cream. The ice cream was the first to come out along with drinks. Then I was required to pull to the side and wait. When I pulled to the side there was about 5 cars there that were waiting for who knows how long. I waited 30 minutes! Then when I got home I checked the cheese burger and it had onions. I waited 30 minutes and you’d think they’d make the order correctly. Do not come here, the employees drag out the orders on purpose. The boy who was taking orders brought them all out one by one until the manager came with a tray with multiple orders. If you want your food made correctly and for it to be actual fast food, don’t come here.

I quit going here for the longest time because it must be the most mismanaged McD's in the country. This morning I ordered a cup of coffee and hotcakes and sausage. The young lady at the drive-thru was lovely. Laborers often are the most polite. I got home and the coffee was iced cold. Not lukewarm, iced cold. When I drove back I was told to wait as they were brewing some hot coffee. Coffee. Just coffee. The owner of this franchise should be disinfranchised. He is killing the brand, with impunity. I will never go to this location again. I love McDonald's, but I loathe incompetence. If you can't get hot coffee right, what is the point of even coming here?

I come here all the time after 11pm. They ALWAYS and I genuinely mean ALWAYS will not give you your food at the window and instead make you pull around and make a line out of the front of the restaurant. Make you wait 10 minutes until they come out with three bags and randomly pass them out. So not only are they cheating their timed system, they are making customers wait until they finish everyone else's order until you get your own. It's scamming their higher ups and wasting the customers time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Actually insane

Much like most McDonalds, these guys will make you pull forward and park, but unique to this location is the wait times. There was 3 cars including myself in the drive thru and all 3 of us were asked to pull forward and park. It’s been a fat minute and legit none of us have gotten our order lmaooo this must be Ronald McDonald’s resident store cuz it’s a clown show. Edit: The wait is still irritating but I have to give this location props for actually giving us fresh food and not missing any items. Edit of edit: Nevermind. Lmao this location sucks and continues to be an absolute dogwater experience of waiting a stupid amount of time for food

Went late night yesterday and it was the best mc Donald's burger I've ever had. It was incredibly fresh and hot! I did not know McDonald's could taste this good. Awesome night grub. Good job late night staff!
