We stopped by this location for a quick bite and to use the restroom, and what a well kept store it is! The bathrooms were freshly cleaned and smelled wonderful. The food was out quick and correctly. They have a play-place, which is an increasingly rare commodity. This is definitely a great spot to dine in or drive through, especially if you have kids! While we were there, many travelers were stopping through, but the staff was able to keep up effortlessly. Hats off to the hard work of this crew!

I rarely review corporate chain restaurants because they tend to be reliably lackluster. I really feel like this particular McDonald's is an exception to the rule. Like many people, I've been going to McDonald's since I was a child. I'm 49 now, I've lived in a dozen different states and been to McDonald's in all of them. I've been to probably a dozen of 'em here in AZ. They are reliably not great in general. They're okay, but there always seems to be some critical issue within the first 4-6 visits and those issues continue, whether it's problems with the food quality, orders being wrong, unfriendly (sometimes even hostile) service...there is always something. That's why I'm writing this review of THIS McDonald's store. Every single visit, every single time, I've received the proper order, the quality has been top-notch, and what really tickles me is that the service here has been consistently excellent. Even more important than the friendly service is the fact that it's GENUINELY friendly. Any body can glue a fake smile on their face, but whatever the GM Christina (hope I spelt it right!) is doing here, it's paying off in the most pleasant ways. I'd also say she's instilling a set of customer service values that her younger employees will likely benefit from for the rest of their lives, and I mean that. This is easily the best (and consistently reliable) McDonald's I've ever been fortunate enough to eat at. Been visiting about twice a week for months now and the only problem I've ever witnessed was an upset customer because OF A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Christina handled that like a boss too and the customer left smiling and happy. If you ever liked McDonald's at all, do yourself a favor and stop by the one on Alma School & Guadalupe Rd in Mesa. This one is literally and legitimately best location. Corporate should be studying Christina's personal playbook because she's running her restaurant exceptionally well! (Context: I have 30+ years xp in the hospitality industry. Also, I have absolutely no affiliation with anyone at this or any McDonald's whatsoever. None. At all.)

The staff was quick and ready to take my order which I'm happy about since most McDonalds' takes 10 minutes to notice your even in the store, all attention to the drive through. One worker was especially helpful getting my order ready to go, made sure it was bike ride proof since she herself chooses not to drive, and that really made me feel cared for. Good job to this store

Lashanda displayed excellent customer service. She greeted the customers with a smile and was friendly. She repeated my order back and was very professional. This location is lucky to have staff that performs beyond expectations. I am encouraging this location to provide managerial training as she obtains key characteristics needed to produce awesome outcomes. Thank you!

The only thing is that it takes a while to receive your food and usually one or more items is either missing, or incorrect. However the staff here is always willing to correct it without any hesitation.
