This McDonald's seriously tried to scam me this morning. For awhile now I've noticed that when I order through the drive thru it always somehow ends up being more expensive than it should be so I started only using the app. Now their stupid app won't let you pay using their own gift cards so I had to order in person. I ordered the exact same thing that I had put in my cart on the app and they tried to insist my $6 order was over $10. The first guy just immediately gave up and walked away for some other lady to deal with it. I had to get their app that barely works to pull back up my cart and literally show her that I was right. After I showed her she still tried telling me it was like $8. I pulled back out my phone and said no it should be $6 and finally she managed to give me the right total. This company needs to relearn it's place in this world. You're really trying to scam people over some cheap food that keeps getting made cheaper while the prices keep going up. I already was done with McDonald's because of their prices, but this experience makes me not even want to use the rest of my gift card.

What do I get out of this? 😠😭 Lol. I did have a Dirty Dr Pepper. A new drink flavor. I met a pilot. He also is an instructor. Canadians get ill here quite a bit it seems. The medical flights. He loves his choice in careers. Less money than flying most of his days away. Here teaching and life saving travel. I just couldn't share my troubled thoughts with someone who is living the bettering the world mindset. If I did the buy one get one on the receipt that could be shared and 2 people would save like $2.30 each. I bought fillet of fish. Is that correct? Anyways, the payroll checks take a long time to clear. The frappe will be back. And the clever new manager has a remote control clicker for the bathroom door. I have to figure out studies abroad. If you do not do drive thru don't bother coming in. They only care about drive customers. It was not busy inside and since I was cash paying, it took me 10min just to place an order and additional 25 minutes to get my food. I was there for a total of 35 minutes and food was cold. Never coming back.

I was having issues with the app so Diana walked me through the app and it still wouldn't take it so she ordered it inside and gave me a better discount then I was trying for. Diana is the best Customer Service Representative /Server. She was amazing!

I ordered some McDonald's for my lunch and I will never be coming back here. I ordered online and had to tell the lady over the speaker multiple times that I was picking up for a mobile order. When I got to the window she gave me the wrong drinks. When she handed me the food she completely forgot my two cheeseburgers and I had to ask for them. The fries were very oversalted and I got the wrong burger. I ordered a Big Mac without cheese because I can't eat cheese and got a Doublr Quarter Pounder with Cheese. I also tried to call multiple times and got no answer. I will be telling everyone not to come here. Every time I come I have a problem. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
