This place is DISGUSTING. They know the food is so bad & still serve it to customers ! My bread shouldn’t look like this ! They look like some type of insects are on it from being so spoiled.

My ordeal starter in March. I was placing a mobile order for my son through the app and when I drove by this location it auto switched locations. I live in Florence and like I said the order was for my son and didn't realize until he said his order wasn't showing at the location he was at. I placed another order and made sure it went to the correct location this time. I called Gilbert and baseline location to get it reversed. The line kept ringing busy and when someone finally did answer they were rude told me refund couldn't be done and hung up. I went in the next day thinking the issue would be resolved and boy was I wrong. The management and staff are very rude. The short central American or Mexican female manager was rude didn't offer any apology or understanding to my situation. She did try offering the food the same day to take home l I'll give her that, but I didn't want to drive home with cold food for my son and asked if they could just refund my money. She told me no and told me to come back the next day to speak to the store manager. I went the next day he wasn't there so they told me to come back the next day that he would be there, so I did. I waited over an hour or so and nothing!! One of the female employees even called to see how long he would be and was told he'd be there. He never showed up and the employee that helped me I believe her name is Marisol apologized on his behalf and offered 2 free meals for the inconvenience of me waiting and stating she didn't think the issue would be resolved in my favor. So I took her offer for the 2 free meals and left it at. Fast forward to today 5/22 I was in town with my 2 children and thought I'd go in and redeem the offer I was given. The first employee that helped me stated I'd have to go back when the employee that gave me the 2 meals was in. I asked to speak to a manager and it was the same female Hispanic manager I dealt with in March. She asked where did I get the 2 free meals and why did the employee give me 2 free meals. That it wasn't there fault which I never blamed them for my order going to their location all I wanted was a refund or even an apology and some understanding but no I was met with rudeness and no help from the very beginning. She did give me the 2 meals after upsetting me and questioning of the 2 free meals, which I don't understand why she didn't do in the first place. I was never rude nor did I raise my voice despite being treated the way I they treated me. I highly do not recommend this location to anyone. Zero customer service skills and rude employees except the kind employee Marisol that helped me out.

Bit into and found a little hard tab in my sausage egg biscuit sandwich. I assume from the prep material of the food. Definitely be careful at this location. Luckily wasn’t something worse.

Hands down the best McDonald’s service I’ve ever had. The team was all very thorough and kind. Kind is actually an understatement. They were literally great! Service was fast as well.

I’m not one to leave a review on fast food places, but this was a must. The quality of our meal today was disgusting. Fries stale and old, the buns to my Hot and spicy were stale and hard along the rim. The lettuce! The fact that they thought it was ok to put this on a sandwich is what shocked me the most. That was disgusting
